The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity through its trough, its beams of the forest of Retz and its stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernized by the alliance of glass and industrial steel. GITE WITH POOL NEAR PARIS

Quiet 50 m² house with swimming pool on the ground floor. The floor consists of 3 identical bedrooms, a small living room with TV, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen and shower room. Close to Roissy, Chantilly, Senlis, Mer de Sable and Asterix. SWIMMING POOL CLOSED from October 2025 to April 2026. Ping pong table and foosball available. PS: Pool is open and heated from May to the end of September 2026.

We offer accommodation for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, in a "chic country" style (3-star furnished tourist accommodation), SPA with JACUZZI and SAUNA on the ground floor of the accommodation overlooking the private courtyard. The gîte was set up in the miller's house, located next to the old mill in Puiseux-en-Retz, where we live.
