The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

The surroundings of our accommodation are characterized on the one hand by the immediate proximity to nature. Forest and mountains offer countless opportunities for hikes and mountain tours of various difficulty levels. In winter, all ski resorts, cross-country skiing and toboggan runs are not far away. On the other hand, it is the nearby Innsbruck that has a lot to offer.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.
