A special highlight is the private large terrace (22.5 sqm) with a direct view of the swimming lake (with excellent water quality) only 30 m away, which invites you to sunbathe, have breakfast or enjoy the evening sunset over the water. Our House of Happiness with lake view is located directly on the German Limes cycle path and on the Lutherweg 1521 for hikers.
