Completely renovated, Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. - 500 m walk to the lake, 400 m to the "Frische Markt" [fresh market], 200 m to the "Haus des Gastes" [guest house] with swimming pool and sauna. The public swimming area at Sorpesee can be reached in a 700 m walk. Numerous restaurants along the lake. - Minimum occupancy 3 nights. - Unfortunately, there is no storage room for bicycles, these must remain on or in the car.

Small apartment on Biggesee

Our small apartment with views of the Biggesee as well as its own entrance, small kitchenette and separate toilet/shower promises relaxing days alone or as a couple. Whether relaxation on the lake or active vacation in the area, our surroundings offer a variety of possibilities: cycling and hiking trails, bike rental, passenger shipping, mini golf, paintball, pedal boat rental, sup/kayak rental, lake promenade, attic cave, etc. Various swimming spots are within minutes (walking).

The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. A place to relax and enjoy.

Newly renovated, completion 2024. Lake view and private path to the promenade (less than 5 minutes walk) Close to the lake and yet nicely quiet. The house has been completely renovated and completely newly furnished. Size: approx. 50 m². Rooms: Living room and open kitchen, sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, TV. Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) Bathroom with walk-in shower Balcony: With table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Not visible from the outside.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Nestled in nature and equipped with a breathtaking lake view, this penthouse allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake. Sun loungers, a SuP and a kayak are available there.

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

We would like to give you a warm welcome to our cozy apartment in Bischoffen-Niederweidbach, near the Aartalsperre. The approximately 60 m² ground-floor apartment is furnished for up to 4 people. The apartment is a single apartment with a separate entrance. The rooms are located on the garden side, facing west.
