Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses, mit Treppen zum separatem Eingang in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Sie ist 35 Quadratmeter groß mit großzügiger Terrasse, Fußbodenheizung, hochwertigen Möbel von Lambert bis Ligne Roset und Premium-Boxspringbett ausgestattet.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Everything is new and modern but with a high degree of coziness. The room has all the things you need as a traveler. Our small kitchen is designed for a quick meal in the evening without a stove. We offer you a daily dishwashing service. The lounge in front of your entrance makes your stay perfect.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In the middle of a residential area close to the city of Hennef, our new guest apartment is located in the annex of our detached house with separate entrance and access on the ground floor. It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside.

This private room lies in Vinxel, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bonn. The room is on the lower level of our house, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne. Favorite room Self check-in

The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.

Our apartment - with its own entrance - was newly renovated in 2018 and amounts to approximately 74 square meters. In front of the apartment is a large carport with terrace (garden furniture for 6 people). The equipment includes washing machine, iron, wardrobe, kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, spices etc., TV, free wifi.
