The apartment on the 2nd floor with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 sqs, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Living and vacationing in the middle of the Siebengebirge

Our bright and friendly apartment is located in the middle of the Siebengebirge, directly below the Oelberg in Königswinter-Heisterbacherrott, directly next to the nature reserve and is the ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours in our beautiful surroundings, e.g. to the Oelberg, Petersberg, Drachenfels or Löwenburg. Our apartment measures about 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment has a private parking space and a small front garden.

Surrounded by green areas overlooking the Siebengebirge & the Petersberg - yet close to the city & the Rhine for walking and sunbathing. During your stay, you should not want for anything. Our small apartment is located in our newly built house in a fantastic location in Bonn Oberkassel - right by the forest and approx. 10 minutes' walk to the Rhine. Everything is new and modern but with a high degree of coziness. The room has all the things you need as a traveler. Our small kitchen is designed for a quick meal in the evening without a stove. We offer you a daily dishwashing service. The lounge in front of your entrance makes your stay perfect.

Cozy attic apartment with its own sauna and large loggia in the edge of the forest and altitude. Hiking and MTB trails are right at your doorstep. Ruppichteroth lies in the wooded hills of the Bergisches Land, near Siegburg / Bonn / Cologne. The idyllic landscape offers an incentive to linger relaxing and a variety of opportunities for sports activities (hiking, cycling, horseback riding, kite flying, canoeing/kayaking on Bröl and Sieg in every season).

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Balm for the soul - view of the countryside - pure relaxation. Both on business trips and on vacation, our fine, well-equipped apartment offers pleasant comfort in the wine and cultural city of Unkel am Rhein. Unkel is a great starting point for a variety of activities on the Rhine, in the Siebengebirge or in Bonn. In addition, the Westerwald, the Ahr, the Eifel, Phantasialand or Cologne are ideal for excursions. We are happy to give tips!

Bachstelze apartment with private terrace

Vacation home Bachstelze in the mountain area of Königswinter at the foot of the Ölberg. Our apartment has a double bedroom (1.60 m), a spacious hallway with reading corner and sofa, a shower room and a cozy kitchen. The apartment also has a private terrace, which is only used by guests, with magnificent views of the countryside. Our apartment is allergy-friendly. The walls were painted chemical-free with chalk paint.
