Monthly Rentals in Sicogon Island

We booked Leo's place due to its proximity to Bancal port. You literally just have to walk 1 minute and voila - you are ready to start you Gigantes tour. The place is neat and offers silog meals which is great because there are not enough restaurants around. We just have to order in advance by sending a message to the owner. The space however is a little cramped up. Comfort room was small and the water pressure varies. The shower also becomes too warm at times. During our last day the other room had no flush so my companions have to go to our room to use the toilet. Add to this that the aircondition took too long to cool the room (we are in room 10). Nevertheless I find the owner very kind as they lent us an extra electric fan and pillow. She was also nice to wait for us since we arrived late in the afternoon. This place is highly recommended when you are just looking for a place to stay after your Gigantes tour.

Per-Erick and Auntie Delma are great hosts because they made sure that we are safe going to their place by fetching us in bus terminal. They provided beyond service for my family that I never expected. Their place is very good for a day tour in Sicogon island and can accomodate group of people. Excellent porch for coffee time!Thank you for a great place!

Affordable place. Accessible and near the port. Staff and owner were very accommodating and friendly. I appreciate how she booked our Gigantes Island tour and offered us a ride to the restaurant for my birthday dinner. Simple and decent place. Worth the price.
