Great place to stay for long stays. Very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Valencia is at a higher altitude then Dumaguete, providing cooler temperatures. Thank you to Dan and Melania and their staff for providing a great place to stay.

Phantastic calm location with sea view. Cozy and modern equipped apartment. Very friendly host is always approachable and helpful even with our special requests. We stayed for 2 nights with my girlfriend and her father and we didn't miss anything during our stay at the grey house. For long rainy evening there is a Smart TV with free Netflix available. Be aware: For tourists arriving by car here from Cebu: the roads are exceptionally rough, there are many road works, the portion of the main road between Dalaguete and Santander is extremely bad. Sometimes the surface is literally missing. Be very careful avoiding the potholes in the road, you may hit other traffic by doign the same. SUV or Off-road car needed.

This place feels like home, you can cook, also comes with utensils & electric stove. They also have refrigerator. You can hang your wet clothes outside. They offer laundry too. Pet friendly home. of course with free wifi. The masters room also have Television on the 2nd floor. Surrounding is peaceful and also safe, they have guards before you enter the subdivision. You can access stores outside the area, preferably you need a car. Felt sorry for my dogs fur. Will definitely book again if i come to Dumaguete.

My friend and I booked this place to prep for our MA thesis defense. It’s quiet, the internet is fast, and it was a great spot to focus. We didn’t stay overnight, but we had a pleasant time. The host was super responsive and everything was just like in the listing.

A wonderful place to stay. Great communication. Folks at the sari sari store next door were super friendly and helpful. Good kitchen setup. A couple of decent beach accesses close by. Almost always a trike on the road to give an inexpensive lift to wherever you would like to go. I would definitely stay again.

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The pool is perfectly maintained. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities anyone could ask for. The balcony jacuzzi tub is also a very nice touch. The host is very approachable and will go out of his way to ensure u have a great stay. Everything about it is A+. I will definitely stay here again 🙏🏽

The host is kind & responsive, though he is out of the country with different time zone but this did not imply he can't accommodate our requests. His place is really convenient especially if you only ride a bus. If you opt either to cook your meals or eat outside this place has no problem. Will definitely book this place again.

Heidi as a host was very responsive and kind! She was incredibly patient and gave us recommendations when we asked for them. The place was spotless and clean! We transferred to Room 1 for the separate beds, and talking about it was so smooth. Having a living area with a kitchen made everything feel like home. The place was clean, spotless, and homey. Would definitely stay at this place again every time I would visit Dumaguete!

My girlfriend and I really enjoy Maria's place. My gf loved the balcony so much she spent most of the time out there. hehe. We ate all our meals there. As for the rest of the place, it was very roomy, spacious, the kitchen was very nice, air con in the bedroom works really well.

Great stay in a lovely apartment. Good location and with nice swimming pool and gym. Vince's communication was great and the few minor issues I had during my stay were sorted quickly and with no problems. I'd definitely stay again. The only minor downside is that the air conditioning is a little old and noisy.

Proper space, very clean, friendly and supportive host. Even rented his new car for a friendly price. Definitely hooking up again with him for our next visit.

Maricar is an exceptional host, and her place was exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful home just steps away from shops and restaurants. She was quick to respond to our questions and even referred us to a great parking spot. I especially appreciated the muted, tasteful decor. It’s calming and not overwhelming. I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

It was honestly such a beautiful little getaway, I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and feeling like I was at home.
