This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems different, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the house open, dive in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk on the beach, cook without hurry... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that fully opens to the terrace facing the sea, towards sunset, in a very quiet setting.

Excellent bungalow apartments (renovated in October 2023), 950 meters from the beach, about a 13-minute walk, with free parking. No neighbors above or below. Includes 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with a large TV and sofa. All rooms have air conditioning. From the living room, access a private green courtyard with a dining area and a gas barbecue. The large pool near your house is always at your disposal.
