This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. An apartment in a very quiet complex located on the first line of the ocean, Las Americas district, Las Americas beach. Leaving the apartment you immediately get to the promenade with a huge number of bars, restaurants and tourist shops. The apartment has one bedroom and a spacious kitchen-living room equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher. The apartment has two air conditioners, free Wi-Fi, and a barbecue on the terrace. The complex has a swimming pool.

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room-kitchen and a very spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, a dining table and sofas to watch the sunset. There is high-speed WiFi and a desk with a chair to work from the apartment. It has air conditioning in the living room and floor fans in the bedrooms. The apartment is located a few meters from Playa Américas, one of the most famous on the island for the atmosphere there is both day and night.
