Inside, everything is spacious, bright, and designed for comfort: * Three bedrooms: two with double beds, plus one loft with a double bed and a single bed, featuring an electric skylight. * Two modern bathrooms. * A brand-new kitchen, fully equipped as if you were going to live here full-time. * Bed linens and beach towels. * Clean, modern, and essential furnishings. * Lots of natural light thanks to windows facing three directions (east, south, and west). * Air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room. * High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, thousands of international TV channels, and streaming services. * Complete towel set. But the highlight is the outdoor space. You have two terraces with sea views. The main one is a true extension of the home: 45 m² with a private jacuzzi, barbecue, pergola, dining table, and a chill-out area where you can lie back and gaze at the ocean. The second terrace is more secluded — ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a conversation while admiring the distant sea. Thanks to its three-sided orientation, the natural light changes the atmosphere from morning to evening. And when sunset comes, the terrace glows orange, the sea reflects in your eyes, and being in the jacuzzi at that moment is something you’ll remember. Always. Balconies and terraces: Hanging or drying clothes, towels, or other items on balconies and terraces is not permitted. Prohibited behavior and substances: Causing disturbances due to the misuse of drugs or other substances is prohibited. The sale or production of such substances within the complex and the building is also prohibited. Communal swimming pool: Please respect the pool rules. In particular, for safety reasons, glassware or glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. No smoking in communal areas: Spanish law prohibits smoking in enclosed communal areas (lifts, corridors, stairwells, bathrooms, etc.). Throwing cigarette ends in communal areas or from balconies is also prohibited. Balcony safety: Placing or resting objects on balcony walls or railings is not permitted. Has a nice garden with Jacuzzi. The heating for Jacuzzi will be 150 euros per a week. Important: it's not allowed to make any parties or make noise after 22.00.
