Monthly Rentals in Si Sunthon

Had a great pleasure staying at Sam's place. He was a great host, gave us clear instructions and was always helpful. Condo is conveniently located in Kathu. Close to the centre and touristy spots (beaches, shopping centres and exc). Apartment had all the necessary amenities for comfortable long or short term living. Everything was clean and well maintained. Car or scooter parking available on site. If I will have a chance I will definately come back for a longer stay.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Phuket! The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our time there. We especially appreciated that it was located in a more local area, away from the overly touristy spots, it gave us a more authentic experience of Phuket. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Hello everyone! This is my second stay at Madame Dariin's Homestay. For two months, like last year, the stay was perfect. The accommodation is simply magnificent, located at the end of a flower-filled courtyard, you'll be very peaceful. The accommodation is perfect and contains everything you need: a living room, a kitchen, a bed in a very comfortable bedroom, and a shower that would make hotels jealous, haha. Madame Dariin is the ultimate host: kind, smiling, helpful, kind and lovely ! She is always reachable in case of a problem or for information. She also offers plenty of activities and knows a lot of places worth visiting. Having been in a car accident, Madame Dariin was even there to help me and guide me through the process. I was even given a Tupperware container filled with delicious food :)! Madame Dariin is more than just a host; she's a true mother, and she does everything she can to make you feel like at home!
