Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Shropshire

Such a lovely place. Sadly, I only had a couple of nights and one day to really enjoy it, but I immediately looked to re-book upon departing, and although the dates I looked at did not work, I will definitely return. Joe was really friendly and helpful. The house is lovely, well-designed and thought through with plenty of space. The weather was a bit damp, but otherwise we would have also thoroughly enjoyed the lovely garden with its seated areas and hot tub. Many thanks for a lovely break

Had an amazing weekend away here, was lovely and clean and was even better than what we expected! The host was so friendly and welcoming and responded to messages straight away. This is the Perfect location for people looking for a nice peaceful getaway with lots of stuff only a 10 minute drive away from everything. 10/10 no complaints at all everything was fantastic! -Kiya x

The barn was just like the pictures and very clean which was perfect as we was travelling with a baby. It’s very peaceful with lovely views from the garden and would definitely recommend. If you are travelling with dogs just note there is not direct access to the garden from inside the property as it is accessed through a gate round the front of barn.

We had a truly wonderful week at Sorrel House. A perfect house for family celebrations. We were celebrating two birthdays and we could bring all our friends and family together over the course of the week. Viki and Kevin are great hosts, very friendly and responsive. The house itself is srunning and beautifully and tastefully decorated with each bedroom having its own individual style. The beds are the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The linen was 100% cotton and felt luxurious. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. Viki and Kevin cooked us a delicious meal one evening. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The pool table was a bonus and was well used and having your own bar was a real novelty. You really do feel like you are staying in your very own hotel. Beautiful walks right outside your door and very dog friendly. All the big stores if you need them only 10 minute drive away. The hot tub was a nice addition too! We hope to return in the future

Just got back from a 3 day stay at this lovely cottage. The location is exactly what was needed. Tranquil, Peaceful and Quiet. We travelled as a couple with a 3 year old and a dog. The garden was big and allowed the dog to roam about without too much worry (other than the stream at the end of the garden). The cows in the next field made for the countryside experience! There are many things to go see and visit in the local area and further like the Lake Vernwyn or Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall with hikes and walks. The cottage itself is beautiful and you can see the effort and heart that went into the renovation. It has a homely and cosy feel with everything you need for a stay. We would 100% stay again and would recoup anyone looking for an authentic Welsh countryside break to look no further than Chapel Cottage.

We stayed an extra week at this lovely place due to its relaxing location. The barn stayed beautifully cool in the very hot weather which was an added bonus. Our little dog loved the enclosed garden and the kitchen has everything you need. We particularly liked the spacious bathroom! Michelle made our stay easy and was very responsive. Once again, thank you for your support!

Enjoyed our stay so much, such a beautiful house and area. Resturants/shops not too far from the house too, which made the experience more relaxing as there wasn't a lot of extra travel needed during our stay, definitely would recommend going to the Maiden Castle during your stay too.

Absolutely fantastic venue, beautiful decor and little touches that make it feel really special. Location is great with a pub if you need just a few doors away. Perfect secluded garden space with amazing canopy set up for seating area and hot tub. Cant recommend this place enough Thank you!

Such a lovely stay at Lakeside Lodge, the surroundings were beautiful and our host Andrew went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Stunning lake one side of the lodge and stunning views of the hilly countryside the other (both visible from the view in the hot tub) really could not have asked for anything more for a chilled girls trip. Could have stayed there forever!

We had a lovely time at calm waters, the house is beautiful… the pictures don’t do it justice! The best thing about the house was the rooftop that gave us somewhere to sit in the sun all day, whereas other houses in the lake only benefited from morning or afternoon sun. The whole estate was fantastic - thank you

This property is amazing for all ages - we celebrated a birthday here and had the best time. The property is large enough that everyone has their own space but cosy enough that you still feel “together”. The location is beautiful and we made use of the pool and the lake. Lots of stubbing places to see locally and plenty of great restaurants. Recommend!!

I would give Amy’s place 6 stars if I could, what a dream! Such a gorgeous and spacious home, beautifully renovated with modern amenities. Beds were cozy and comfortable, the kids also enjoyed the games room downstairs. Best was the view of the rolling hills with sheep grazing right in front of the house, which we could enjoy from the living room, garden and also hot tub. If you are hesitating whether to book this property, please do yourself a favour and book with confidence! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, no one wanted to leave!

Was a great place to stay for our weekend, the team really looked after us and made check in superbly easy and stress free. Would highly recommend this place, was a lovely house with lots of space and amenities… very very impressed.

We had a wonderful time at this house on the Lower Mill Estate. Everything was as described. It was a very well-equipped house with everything we needed for our stay with our 10 month old. Our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub and got it sorted ASAP. We would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely come back again.

Beautiful place, right on the lake, with spa facilities just across the way, about 200 steps away. Spacious enough to host - we had a private chef come on one night and we facilitated family-friendly activities from the living area. Hot tub was super easy to turn on, and there were plenty of board games. Jan communicated well and shared lots of local recommendations and helpful tips. Things were labeled well throughout the place so we never had to think. I have fed back privately some minor issues privately, but on the whole, we had a fabulous stay in this spacious beautiful home in the seat of nature. Feeling thoroughly relaxed after our 3-night stay.

My family and I had a great stay at this property, we were surprised at how much better it looked compared to the photos! We couldn’t have asked for better hosts, kept me well informed about everything from the moment I booked. Luke’s guide was amazing and informative, we even tried 2 of the food spots on his list and they were great so bonus points for that! All in all the whole experience was fantastic and I can recommend this property and its hosts to all! Thank you

Had a lovely break away with my partner here for his birthday. Communication with the host was spot on. Perfect location for the local amenities and the views are great! Well equipped lodge with all the basics needed for a self catering holiday. Would highly recommend

My partner and I stayed for the weekend for our anniversary and it was the perfect relaxing getaway, stunning views and a lovely little home away from home. Melanie was very informative about finding the location and we were so happy to find such a wonderful place to stay with our dog. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

My second time here and it was amazing. Especially to be able to experience it with my one year old daughter! She loved the sheep roaming. And during nap times me and my husband were able to enjoy the hot tub. 10/10 🥰

We had a wonderful extended stay in this beautiful cabin which made for an ideal base for our explorations of the National Park! We found it the best escape from reality, extremely peaceful and even in the inclement Welsh weather, a cozy retreat! The bed was incredibly comfortable. We found the hot tub easy to get going and it felt very much in line with the surroundings to unwind with the fire crackling below us! Kitchen was well stocked and the wet room was great with a hot and powerful shower. Although it felt very remote, there were all the mod cons you needed!We would definitely return!

Ruth and Dean were fab hosts , and their place was great!! We were greeted as soon as we drove in, and were given a helpful tour and recommendations to deliveries. The home itself was in such a peaceful location with a stunning view, and the hot tub was a treat. Inside, it was very spacious, clean and had the essentials. We drove to Shrewsbury one day, which is like any other town, but particularly enjoyed the views from the Boathouse pub. We didn’t find many walking routes straight from the home though. Also recommend any guests to bring things like oil/foil/extra bin liners as we couldn’t find any, but no probs as we were able to buy some! Ruth as a host is very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return. Thank you xx

My wife and I stayed at Tilly lodge for our 'mini-moon'. What can I say, the lodge was incredible. Everything about our stay was of the highest quality. You can tell home much thought and consideration to guests is given by Sam. Lots of little touches to make our stay unique and memorable. We opted to include a luxury package which made our stay even more special. On arrival we had lovely decorations as well as prosecco and a freshly baked cake waiting for us. The hot tub was so relaxing and the beautiful countryside was so peaceful. We would highly recommend Tilly Lodge and look forward to returning!

Was overall a very good stay, loved it for my partners birthday. Enjoyed the extra touch of cake and prosecco which we enjoyed under the stars in the outdoor bath! Was also brilliant to watch the wildlife in the field next to us with cows coming right up to then fence when we were watching to say hello. Would 100% stay again, it was brilliant!
