Un lujo! Alojamiento tradicional y cómodo, cerca de la estación y del lago. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Las camas un poco finas.

2回泊まらせてもらいました。どちらとも手厚い対応で、とてもいい旅になりました。

Tohru war einfach ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber: er ist sehr freundlich und offen, gab viele Empfehlungen für die Umgebung ab (inkl. selbst erstellter Karte und offizielle Touristenbroschüren), er hat uns am Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder dorthin gebracht, es gibt genügend Fahrräder zum auskundschaften der Gegend und es gab sogar noch kleine Geschenke. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Mt. Fuji geniessen wollen. Kleiner Tipp: es wird bereits früh hell und es gibt keine Abdunklungsmöglichkeiten, eine Schlafmaske ist empfehlenswert.

I really can’t say anything else then perfect. Even thought we caused a bit of a trouble the hosts where nice and communicated very well. The location and the atmosphere was also spot on!

Excellent séjour au pied du mont Fuji. La description ne ment pas la vue depuis la chambre est magnifique. Tohru et sa femme sont des hôtes exceptionnels, très gentils, toujours disponibles et qui nous donnent plein de conseils sur tous les sites à visiter dans la région. Je recommande vivement de loger chez eux si vous souhaitez découvrir le mont Fuji !!!

This place is great if you are visiting kawaguchi- it’s 30 mins by local bus but there’s pick up and drop off service from kawaguchi station for check in and check out. I was there for the 7th fujisan marathon and I arrived the day earlier. The house is really clean and there’s towel, soup and shampoo provided too. The bed and pillow are super comfortable as well. There’s curtain to ensure privacy and there’s 4 bunk bed in one room. The area is very country side and it will be perfect if you are driving . You can park there :) there’s also tatami room downstairs. The host is super helpful and very fast response to all my questions. When I took the bus back home after the marathon and it was the last bus, she waited on me and I actually missed one stop and she drove out to find me. Thank you very much 有里小姐❤️ The breakfast included in the price is very delicious (miso soup, rice, fish and egg). Highly recommended this place for anyone who visit kawaguchi :) next time I will come with my family too :)

Beautiful place and lovely hosts. The town is quite derelict, but if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area this is the best bet

Our stay at Shogo's place was wonderful. The location and house were beautiful and a very special thanks to the kind lady who checked us in and cooked us breakfast in the mornings. Green and red bus lines were very close to the house making it a convenient location and the views of Fuji were just incredible! One of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Five stars!

子どもの小学校卒業記念に6家族23名で利用させていただきました。写真通りの設備で、子供も大人も大満足の旅行になりました。子供たちは備え付けのゲームや、大画面でのスイッチを堪能し、小さな子たちも広い広間で伸び伸びと楽しんでいました。内風呂、露天風呂ともに想像よりも大きくしっかりしていて、大人は大人で、お湯につかりながら疲れを癒すことができました。オーナー様の対応も、直前で一家族が子供の病気で参加できなくなりましたが、人数変更時の連絡もスムーズにタイムリーに対応していただきましたし、事前の問い合わせに対してもすぐに反応して頂けるので、安心して利用することができました。とても良い記念の旅行になったので参加者全員大満足です。

この所のマネージャーは早く返事して親切でした。部屋は広くて景色が良かったです。 The manager here was quick to respond and kind. The room was wide and it had good scenery.

IT WAS AWESOME!!! Everything from the moment we were picked up to the moment we were dropped off at the station was absolutely beautiful. I recommend this place 100%. It didn't feel real, thank you so much!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Shogo's beautiful home! From the start, Shogo's communication was fantastic - he was friendly, responsive, and provided lots of useful information. The house itself was stunning, and we felt lucky to have good weather that allowed us to see Mount Fuji from the room. We loved the traditional Japanese-style house and the relaxing onsen facilities. If you're visiting Mount Fuji, we'd definitely recommend staying here. It was the perfect base for our trip and we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Ich versuche mich kurz zu fassen: - authentisch - extrem freundliche Menschen - Herzlich - super Service - vorzügliches Essen - ruhig und diskret Das rundum Sorglos Paket für ein paar Tage Erholung. Wellness und Kulinarischen Genuss haben wir erhalten. Genau was wir gesucht haben. Wir hatten eine sorglose und wunderschöne Zeit und wurden liebevoll betreut. Die Gastgeber und das gesamte Team verdienen nur Lob und Anerkennung für Ihre unermüdliche Arbeit für das Wohlsein ihrer Gäste. Besucht diesen besonderen Ort und lasst euch verzaubern.

Our stay here was amazing! The hosts spoke very little english but were amazing at using google translate, they explained everything about using onsen respectfully etc which made us feel much more comfortable, and made our stay so much more peaceful. Everything was clean and organised, we got a lovely free breakfast and had a traditional dinner which was a very cool experience. The host was even lovely enough to drop us off at the station the next day! Will absolutely recommend this to anyone coming to Japan, great to spend a few days here to relax and unwind before heading home.

I had such a great time staying at Issei and Kana’s. They were both so friendly and made me feel right at home. The location couldn’t be any more convenient, like a 2 minute walk to Rokugou station. The night I arrived I mentioned I might want to explore by bike, and the next day they had one ready for me to rent (for super cheap, like $8). The room itself was very pretty with a beautiful garden view, and the home-cooked meals were delicious, including the wagyu beef which was incredible. Issei and Kana was super easy going and responsive and made my stay very easy. Thanks guys!

Nossa experiência no Seizan Onsen foi impecável. Desde antes de nossa reserva, o time nos orientou sobre detalhes da estadia e sobre nossa preocupação com nossas tatuagens, que costumam ser um complicador para banhos no Japão mas não foram um problema para nós. Usamos o serviço de transfer da estação de Kannami que foi muito conveniente. A nossa recepção foi tão calorosa e carinhosa que nos faltam palavras para descrever o sentimento de gratidão que temos pelo time do Seizan Onsen. A comida estava divina, os banhos muito relaxantes, a estadia foi silenciosa e tivemos a melhor noite de sono de toda nossa viagem ao Japão. Certamente uma experiência que recomendarei sempre para todos os visitantes do Japão, mesmo que Kannami seja uma cidade rural e fora do circuito turístico mais comum.

We had a great time and a supreme cultural experience staying with them and eating an incredible dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend if you'd like the true ryokan experience!
