Waterfront holiday rentals in Shizuoka

We stayed 2 nights and it was wonderful. We truly can recommend this Airbnb. Everything that we needed was there. Please Keep in mind, that it's very very steep in the surrounding. Do not take big or heavy luggage, if you don't come by bus/car/taxi.

I used it on a trip with a friend.There were also children, and it was used by a large group, but I had a comfortable stay.The information in advance was also easy to understand, and Shizuoka Oden was also provided, which was delicious.The interior was stylish and I was able to enjoy the good parts of the Japanese house. Thank you very much.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful house. Every little thoughtful detail made us smile. The beds are super comfy and we slept very well. Instructions throughout the house were very helpful. all amenities make you feel right at home. Peaceful town that more people should come and visit. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts that made us feel looked after. They even helped us make a reservation at a local izakaya and the food was our best meal in Japan so far. lovely people and great atmosphere. I would recommend a stay here to everyone!

My family of four accommodated us.It was my first private lodging stay, so I bought sashimi and boiled fish at a fresh fish shop that locals buy along the way, and ate it at the inn. The children arrived and started playing with the loads, and enjoyed the video watching on the large screen like a movie theater. It was heavy rain on the first day, so my travel plans changed, and as soon as I asked Nami-san about a place that the kids could enjoy in the room, they responded right away. The dryer was also convenient, and the coffee pulled with the inn's coffee mill was delicious! Thank you!

My partner and I spent a lovely couple of nights with our dog. The place itself is tucked away on a hill, surrounded by trees, with a slight view of the sea from the main living area. It makes for a very peaceful and relaxing weekend getaway from busy Tokyo. The home itself is fully stocked with anything you could need. It has a very interesting design with several levels, making for an interesting layout. The outdoor space is great, including the BBQ and hot tub. The only feature we did not get a chance to use (due to the warmer season) is the fireplace. We look forward to coming back and experiencing the fireplace as well. Akiko was a fantastic host, proactively ensuring that we had everything we needed. Thank you Akiko for hosting us!

All the facilities were clean and well equipped, and it was quite comfortable.It was also full of sauna and barbecue facilities, and it was a great place to stay, so I thought it would be highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Loris Cottage. The place was clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking and daily use. The highlight was waking up and having breakfast on the balcony with a stunning view of Mount Fuji—truly marvellous and felt almost unreal. We also enjoyed walking and using the bicycles provided to explore around the lake, which made the experience even more special. The only challenge was accessing the main area, as it required climbing quite a steep staircase. It might be tiring for those with heavy luggage or for elderly guests, so it’s something to consider. Aside from that, everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful touches, and the unforgettable view made our stay truly memorable. We had a great time and would absolutely love to return if we visit Fuji again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a scenic and peaceful getaway.

a good place to stay! great communication and free parking if you drive. It’s small, cute and quaint. Has a big yard for dogs I believe. I would recommend for anyone staying around the Odawara area

Cozy and comfortable place with an amazing location. Also came with a complimentary ticket for the hot spring near the place. Host was very accommodating and kind.
