Welcome to 1201 Shipmaster! Located in the beautiful gated community of Shipyard Plantation on the south end of the island, with tennis, pickleball, golf, and of course the beach. Enjoy the shared pool for the complex as well. Under 1 mile to the famous Coligny area - this location is close to all of the action! 1 pet under 30lbs allowed. Pet's MUST be included in reservation at booking. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Violation of this policy will incur a $250 fee on top of pet fee.
