Great location, fantastic outdoor area, and Kaitlin is a joy to interact with! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or girl’s trip hideaway.

Garrett’s place was clean and stocked up on essentials. It was very cozy there and a big backyard with a grill, hammock, and lots of seating areas. Garrett was extremely nice and provided clear instruction. I would definitely stay again!

Great place, pool hot tub, responsive easy to get Ubers. I think comfortably sleeping 11 requires some shared beds or someone sleeping on a couch

Nice little space, well kept and vey clean. Thought it was going to be closer to the restaurants on Tennyson street, couldn’t walk there. Guess that was my fault for not researching the location. Overall very happy with the space.

Michael and Jamie were perfect hosts! The house was lovely and clean and had plenty of space for our family of eight. They both were very helpful and quickly responded to our questions and supplied very good information on the area and our airport transfers. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend this property!!

Nice, clean place, would certainly recommend! The hosts were very kind and responsive. Everything we needed was there. I will say the folks in the downstairs apartment were a little loud occasionally but that didn't matter too much to us as we were out and about most of the time.

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Perfect spot for me to be close to children and grandchildren in Sunnyside. Apartment stays dark and cool, so I slept well. Kitchen is well organized for breakfast and simple meals the few times I ate there, with basic supplies provided.

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was the ideal base to explore Denver. The apartment itself is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. You can really feel the personal touch the owners have put into the space—it feels less like a rental and more like a warm, welcoming home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts provided clear and helpful information not only about the flat but also about the neighborhood and the city. Heather was especially kind—always quick to respond and available for any questions we had, which made us feel very well taken care of. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Just checked out of the condo. Amazing stay. Easy check in and amazing AC. Everything isn’t too far away, and very convenient spot for traffic. Would definitely stay here again!
