Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sherrelwood

Great place to call home on our trip! Rachel and Sam were both extremely accommodating and responsive during our time there. The place itself was cozy and the chickens were a pleasure to meet. Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was amazing. We loved the location and felt super safe. Their property was peaceful and quiet, even with the wildlife and children around! Roscoe welcomed me every time we came and went and that made me happy as well!

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the home and the surrounding area. The nearby Adventure Golf was a blast and a big hit with our pre-teens. It took us a little while to find the place. The address for the GPS is Broomfield, not Westminster, and there are multiple streets with the same name, which can be confusing, so pack some patience. However, the location was perfect; it was about a 30-minute drive to Denver attractions. The weather was a bit wet, so we were unable to use the backyard and fire pit. The house looked every bit like the pictures, though, and was very comfortable, especially the beds! Thanks, Mark and Jenni, for a great experience!

Both the house and Kimmy were terrific. The house was FULLY stocked with EVERYTHING we needed. Kimmy provided shampoo/conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent,....the kind of things that you normally bring yourself to an airbnb because the owner only providers starter quantities. She even had tupperware and a cooler for our use. The backyard was fenced in and perfect for our dogs. There is a school nearby that we walked to to play our dogs. Kimmy gave a heads up that the lawn mowers would be there during our stay which shows the care she puts into the property and an example of her proactive communication. The house was immaculate, the furnishings high quality and clean. Honestly I usually pick a hotel of a house rental but am so glad I went with this house!

Our stay was great. The house was as expected and easy to get to from the highway. A little further north than where we spent most of our time, but that’s not a slight on the house. The house was clean and organized and big enough for our family of five. We used the kitchen plenty (the dining table was a tight fit in the kitchen) and the grill on one night. We had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the fridge being warm when we arrived, but it was due to previous guests raising the temp. After letting David know about the issue, he was responsive and helped troubleshoot and everything was great. No other issues.

Michael and Jamie were perfect hosts! The house was lovely and clean and had plenty of space for our family of eight. They both were very helpful and quickly responded to our questions and supplied very good information on the area and our airport transfers. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend this property!!

Loved our 3 day stay at Nat’s place. Beautiful design, peaceful setting, comfortable bedding, well appointed kitchen and lots of added touches. It felt like we were at a resort with no other people. Loved waking up to the mountain view and having coffee around the fire pit. Definitely off the beaten path, but close enough to town if you want or need to drive in. We found we didn’t want to leave except for a few hikes close by. We did not need a 4x4 but it may have been nice to have… it is a windy dirt road up the mountain. We would love to return.

Daphne’s place is private and well kept with easy access to so many wonderful things Denver has to offer. Staying here was such a delight. You can’t go wrong with booking this location.

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

This is my favorite place to stay in Arvada. Jessica‘s place has a comfortable bed, full kitchen and is in a great neighborhood.

Nice cozy stay with a beautiful view of mountains that felt very close. The place was very clean and Marc was very friendly and responsive and it was a delight talking to him and he gave couple of good hiking suggestions. He had a large collection of books if you are a book lover. Will definitely recommend this place to other hosts. Sight of deer at the entrance of the property made our day .

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Boulder June 2025 and it was amazing to come back to Jennie’s place after a long day of hiking and fun! Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, cool and comfortable apartment with kitchen with all the essentials and super comfy bed! Jennie was lovely and always available if we had any questions. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay; I can’t wait to come back and recommend Jennie’s place 100%!

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

Y'all, I have never stayed in an Airbnb that has this many amenities. If you needed it, it is there. There was every type of milk you could want left in bottles in the fridge for us to use and condiments for guest use. We were not there very long, but we spent every minute we could on the patio, what a gem! The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the towels were soft. Many people were out walking in the neighborhood and we felt very safe. I read nearly every review before I book an Airbnb, if that is you too, don't hesitate to book this place, you will love it!

Wow! Amazing place. My fiancé and I had the most amazing time. We came to celebrate his birthday and it was truly unforgettable - thanks to this gorgeous little gem. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little place! A close drive to everything. Very clean. Finding parking was easy. Had everything we needed!

We visited Lakewood in order to see a concert at Red Rocks. So close and convenient to stay at Jenny’s place. Nearby grocery store and restaurants as well as hiking parks made the trip so easy. The Airbnb was safe, clean and a great location.

Great place to stay when traveling for business as it is a short drive to DTC and short walk to Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking.

The place was just like the pictures, modern, clean, great space. Balcony was even better than we thought it would be :)! Clear instructions with great information about the local area. Very responsive with any questions we had. Overall we would love to stay again, next time we're in town!!

Fantastic location, five minute walk to Coors Field as well as just about all of the good restaurants. it’s quiet, spacious and has an incredible view of downtown & mile high stadium. Great helpful staff in the building. Just was on top of everything!!!
