This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Our shepherd's hut is thickly insulated to stay cool all summer, with a fridge to keep your beers cold. Outside, a generous deck and seating area is made for bright mornings and long evenings. Gather round the fire bowl as the sun goes down to watch the stars emerge over truly dark skies. Solar-powered lighting and mains sockets, double and single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water washing up just outside the door — all a ten minute stroll away from The George, an award-winning pub.

An art lovers home with spirited interiors. Easel Cottage dates from 1880 and sits on the highest point of South Horrington village, just outside Wells, affording it a superb viewpoint. A former part of Mendip Hospital, the cottage is full of charm and character, with art work and vintage furnishings throughout. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

It is surrounded by the Mendip Hills and a stones throw away from attractions such as the Bath & West Showground and Glastonbury Festival.

Churchside cottage is a beautiful 15th centuary cottage in the centre of Wells. This house has been newly renovated for hosting, comprising of 2 bedrooms suited to a family. Wells is the smallest city in England, and this characterful cottage is right in the centre of it. Located at the bottom of the high street this central location offers pubs and restaurants, rural walks (perfect for our 4 legged friends!) and shops all within a couple of minutes walk.
