Amazing place! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great home with breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mtns and tranquility for days! Julie was a superb host. Her hospitality, directions and communication were second to none. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again.

The Airbnb advertisement for the house does not adequately convey how nice this place actually is! Most of the items in the house: furniture, appliances, cookware, grill, bedding, towels, etc. are of high quality and excellent condition. The interior of the house is open, spacious and beautiful. It has high ceilings in most rooms, and a vaulted ceiling over the kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, and foyer. Barbara and Mike gave our girls a tour of the sheep farm and let them meet their dog. They were also responsive quick to take action whenever we had issues (like tripping a circuit breaker and running out of propane). For an additional charge of $75, they warmed up the pool for me twice because I am not a fan of water temps in the low 80s. The location is beautiful and secluded, but you can get to Shenandoah hiking trails in 20-30 minutes or Walmart/Safeway in 15 minutes. We loved our time here and would definitely stay at Peacefield again.

A great choice in this area. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities. Nice layout for families or groups. We enjoyed coming back after busy days to a relaxing environment. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

This was such a wonderful home! As other reviewers said, lots of room for a big group to spread out. We had 8 guests. (6 adults and two kids) We explored Harpers Ferry and enjoyed hiking the Maryland Heights Trail. We felt absolutely comfortable hanging at this serene house for our mornings and evenings. Cooked most of our meals, played billiards, sang karaoke, and enjoyed the plunge pool. We had an epic round of hide and go seek. Great interior design and lots of space to spread out for quiet time, and many perfect reading nooks. Thanks Leigh, for being so responsive and friendly!

Our experience at the Wizards Escape was amazing! Nate, our host, was the best. He checked in to make sure that we were getting the best experience out of the house. The atmosphere is unreal! We really felt we were at Hogwarts Castle. The bedrooms are so full of detail. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine. The Great Hall is magical! The escape rooms.. fantastic. We only stayed 2 days but tried to get in all the activities that were available. We played quidditch golf, did escape rooms, had a scavenger hunt, made great meals in the Weasley's kitchen. We had dinner in the Great Hall under the levitating candles while listening to the Harry Potter music in the background. This house is a home to be experienced. We are definitely coming back!

I needed a place that my family, from out of state, could stay while attending a graduation. The house was perfect! I told Bob what I wanted to do and he was encouraging and helpful. He made sure we had propane for grilling and answered all my questions. He was very prompt when I reached out to him. We had an amazing time. I would stay there again.

My husband, brother, and two of our friends spent the weekend at Brad’s house and we had a lovely time. It was extremely conducive to relaxing. We cooked our meals there. The kitchen was very clean and we had found everything we needed for our meals. We were able to use lies the front porch. The pool was closed, but it looked very nice. Brad is an amazing host. He will answer your questions quickly. I would highly recommend staying at Brad’s place to anyone.

Had a great stay at the burrow with 5 friends and a doggy on our road trip. Cozy and clean, with a picturesque view from the porch. Our favorite part was the outdoor fire - thanks to the hosts for helping us get it going. Would definitely come back!!

Giselle's place was amazing! Beautiful, peaceful home, comfortable beds, and thoughtful details that made our stay special, such as the smore kits, fire starters and wood that were all there for our convenience. The home was a very easy drive away from Luray and close to Front Royal. Everything was as described, and we had fun watching movies outdoors at night.

Our stay at Orso Blu was fantastic!!!! I was in town for work and my husband was able to work remote at the house and enjoy the magnificent views all day! We walked on the lavender and it smells wonderful! Francesca was a wonderful host checking on us throughout our stay! We will visit again!

We had a such a wonderful time! Everything we needed was there and more: plenty of coffee, granola bars for the hikes, coal for the grill. We felt right at home. Thank you for this wonderful place!

Loved our stay here. Traveled with my husband and dog to visit Shenandoah National Park. We booked Stephanie’s place based on proximity to the park and the fenced in yard for our pup. So glad we did! This home is very spacious, decorated super cute and had everything we needed for the week. Stayed in the larger bedroom and the king size bed was nice and comfy. Loved the updated but still historic feel of the home and neighborhood. The few nights we ate out, we were able to walk to get dinner which we really enjoyed. Short ride to get into the park… also very close to Luray caverns as well as Skyline and Shenandoah caverns… something to do on bad weather days. Stephanie was friendly and responsive as a host. Would stay again.

We can’t say enough about our stay at The Wooder House. The home was perfect for our group of six, giving us all our own space to retreat while also offering large spaces to enjoy meals and movies together. Our kids loved the collections of board games, vinyl records and Calvin & Hobbes books. Everything we needed was readily available and thoughtfully organized, and Amy was such an attentive and kind host for our entire stay. Our visit revolved around hiking in Shenandoah, so the home was a great base camp for our adventures. It’s about a 30 minute drive to the south entrance of the park, and 20 minutes to a variety of breweries, coffee shops and vineyards. We truly can’t wait to visit again.

We enjoyed star gazing on the hammock, campfires at night, farm eggs for breakfast, tubing on the river, the barn and solo, the canoe, just resting and taking walks. And of course our trusted companion Louie. We caught so many fish as well. Alex, thank you for taking time to share with us the wonderful aspects and history of the farm!

this is a great spot if to are wanting to hike near by at the shenandoah national parks and has lovely view if tou are just wanting so have a stay vacation in. loved the hot tub and the projector! and has a beautiful view with a fire place!

We had an amazing stay! Bryce was a great host, very responsive and welcoming. His place was immaculately clean and fully stocked. From the toiletries (loved the shampoo/conditioner) to the luggage stands, to the robes...we felt pampered and cared for. Beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. A great place to get away and relax! Highly recommend.

It is a beautiful home! We celebrated our son’s engagement and had a wonderful time! Very comfortably fit 14 people and 1 dog! The place was perfect minus not as clean as we would like but Shabina was very quick to respond and sent cleaners out right away to take care of! She also had doughnuts delivered the next morning as an apology! Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay. Unbelievable views, very comfortable interior with everything you could ever need for a stay. There’s some added treats too (biggest bath ever, special things for kids etc) that just show you how much love goes into this rental.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Luray! The home was very well stocked with everything we needed, which made our trip easy and comfortable. It’s conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Luray, and we especially loved that there was a rafting vendor less than a mile away, it was one of the highlights of our trip. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. When I suggested it my wife looked at me unsure of what I was suggesting. The state of WV is one of magic you have to see to enjoy. The house is gorgeous and the view is beyond breathtaking. We found peace and solace just sitting with each other. We heard and saw such an abundance of animals from frogs to cows to humming birds and hawks. The only things that could just be because of where the house is, is the water will shut off after limited use. The fire pits location makes using it and enjoying the view difficult. However that aside it was a magical experience and you will truly understand why WV is almost heaven.

Our family of 6 (including a 1.5 year old) had a great stay at Ernest & Mary's beautiful home! Our only complaint was that we didn't book it for a longer stay! There is plenty to do in the area and their property is just a peaceful place to relax also. Everything was top of the line, very well kept and easy to find. We definitely recommend it and will try to stay there again in the future! Loved seeing the deer and other wildlife every morning & evening also! Thank you Mary & Ernest for keeping your property so nice!

Beyond gorgeous and secluded place to stay for my bachelorette trip. I wanted somewhere that we could stay that we didn't have to worry about going out too much and would be comfortable with a large group of 10. She is not lying about the steep drive up, but take it slow and you'll be fine! Worth it for the incredible view that we all could not stop taking pictures of. The hot tub at sunset and morning coffees on the deck were highlights. We had a power outage due to a freak tornado warning, but Anita was so responsive and offered to let us move airbnbs if it didn't come back. Luckily it did come back and we were all so excited. The amenities were all great, we had a private chef come one night and they had everything they needed to make us an incredible meal. Would love to stay again!

We had the most wonderful stay at this amazing home! Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than we expected. The house had everything we needed—so comfortable and well-equipped that we didn’t even feel like going out! Every little detail was just right, making our trip feel extra special. This was a family trip before my mother’s return to Thailand, and staying here made it truly memorable. We are so grateful for the warmth, comfort, and care this home provided.
