Beachfront holiday rental in Shelter Cove

lovely, comfortable accommodation in walking distance of airstrip. ocean frontage, love to hear waves crashing in. Fridge and freezer in room as well as Keurig for a morning coffee. Only thing missing really was some glassware to pour water/wine. Right next door a great B'fast place/lunchroom called 'Surf point', highly recommended.

The long and winding road is well worth the drive to stay at this breathtaking location! With a room right on the ocean, you really can't go wrong. The space was newly renovated and very comfortable with everything needed for a weekend in a remote location including small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wifi and streaming service. The high chairs on the balcony space made for perfect ocean and wildlife viewing. The quick response & resolution from the host was much appreciated when I had issues with the room code on a relatively late arrival. Also loved the coffee shop right next door for an early morning latte before heading off to explore. Gorgeous spot to simply marvel at the beauty that is the Lost Coast.

We really love staying at end of the lost coast. The room had a commanding view of the ocean. Is a great little café downstairs and an excellent restaurant at the other end of the runway. Very peaceful place that’s pretty isolated from the rest of the world. You will enjoy your time here

This place was perfect for my family. It was very clean, and we were very pleasantly surprised by how amazing the view was from the room. The large windows had more than an 180 degree view of the ocean. The sunset from our room was beautiful! The kitchen appliances were great and the room was open and spacious. We would live to come back and stay longer next time.

We had a wonderful time at Black Sands Inn! The location was incredible, and the room was very well decorated with comfortable furnishings. There's a cute coffee shop next door and good restaurants nearby. You can't beat the beach access directly from the room. It was a really gorgeous location and a cute little apartment. We wanted to move in and never go home. We'll be back!

Great location with nice cozy rooms. Great spot to recover after doing the LCT. Staff was friendly and helpful. Next time im in the "Cove" I will for sure be staying here.

Loved our stay at Shelter Cove, the views were unbeatable and it was also a great night for stargazing. We enjoyed the balcony and the jacuzzi in the living room that looked out into the ocean. Everything was incredible comfortable, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view, great host!

This was our first time. After reading all the reviews this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, quiet and the views were breathtaking. There is a place to eat next door that is fantastic. I highly recommend the eggs Benedict. The drive in was absolutely beautiful with all the trees. Our stay was exactly what we needed. I look forward to going back.

A great cozy stay with beautiful views and surroundings. The inside was nice and clean with plenty of amenities. The sounds of the oceans were peaceful. The sunset over the ocean was beautiful. The hot tub is a great addition. Would definitely stay there again.
