House holiday rentals in Shell Island

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

We absolutely adored this house! It’s way more spacious than the pictures make it seem and so beautiful. It’s only about two blocks from a wonderful beach. And Levi and Darah were just incredible!!!! They went above and beyond for us over and over. We only had one very minor issue with some neighbors the first night (it is also a rental, not bad neighbors) but Levi and Darah were so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody!!!

This home was everything our group needed for our vacation! We really enjoyed the home, the peaceful neighborhood, the pool, homes location! We will definitely book again!

I loved the backyard, and the pool is excellent. I went in March, and it was still a little cool. The owner had the pool heated and ready to go, and the house had everything you needed. It's hard to pick off pictures and write-ups, but this one was better than I expected, and I am grateful. They communicated very well.

-Perfect location away from all the hustle and bustle. -Not a lot of condos/hotels super close so the beach wasn't extremely crowded in front of the house. -pool was good sized. -pictures were NOT deceiving like alot of other places Ive stayed at in PCB. It is just as pictured. -Home was clean -Beds were comfy -Host is very responsive and helpful -HIGHLY reccomend this place

My Wife and I just spent our honeymoon here and it couldn’t of been more perfect! The house and pool and yard was absolutely beautiful Wendy reached out and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be sure to come back and stay again. Perfect 10/10

This condo on Panama City Beach was roomy and tastefully decorated. The large windows and sliding glass doors provided a beautiful view of the ocean. We were very pleased with this rental.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and there was plenty that kept the kids busy such as the pool, game room, and board games. The house was spacious and I loved the back yard. Irina & Isaac were great hosts, the communication was great, and my family and I appreciated them sending attractions as well. Would def stay there again.

We had a great stay and felt right at home. The host Denise is very responsive and helpful. If you're looking for a peaceful stay close to all the attractions with short walk to the beach this is the place.

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for everyone, great location and beach was steps away. Jon was nice enough to let us stay an extra day, and had great communication the whole time. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone with a group. We are already planning on coming back next year!

On arrival the home was clean and just as pictured. We definitely enjoyed and the Guest book with clear recommendations was awesome. Thanks for the prompt response and we would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

Great location, quiet neighborhood and right across the road from the beach. Great rooftop balcony and shaded grill area.

The home was very nice and clean. We are a family of four and our teenagers had the space downstairs and it was perfect! The sheets, towels bathroom etc was nice and clean. The host also provided some essentials which were really nice and helpful. Great home with beach vibes!

This condo is immaculate!! Everything was top notch for us. Easy to check in and out, beautiful upscale beach design and great layout for a family with little ones. The beds were super comfortable, the view of the sunset was amazing, the pools sparkled, the bar and cafe were oh so yummy! We all took advantage of the on site snow cone booth on the way to and from the beach! Don’t think twice, just BOOK it NOW and go enjoy yourself!

Came here with my family. Its a nice place. The downstairs room is the best, and the back yard with the pool was a hit. I think maybe a cover on the outside would have been nicer to hide from sun,but the pool kept us cool. The games inside was cool. Me and my kids played for hrs. We couldn't get Xbox to work, wanted passwords but I never messaged him about problem, possibly could have been fix. Overall I would visit again. Nice place, quiet area. lots of beds

Allison is an amazing host! So kind, helpful, generous, and quick to respond if you need anything! Honestly she’s probably the best host we’ve ever had! The cottage is absolutely wonderful - It’s so beautiful and cozy! We even heard people biking by saying, “Wow that place is perfect! It’s got a pool, a porch, a deck, and an outdoor shower!” and we couldn’t agree more! Allison has truly thought of everything you would need and we were able to naturally make it home for the week. Having the bikes and the beach chairs available was a big plus as well. It’s in the perfect spot too! There’s the beach, a hiking/biking trail at the end of the road, and the town of Seaside all within a short walk/bike. Can’t recommended staying here enough! If we ever get the chance to come back we’ll definitely be staying in one of Allison’s rentals!

We had a lovely stay. Beach is actually a short walk away and house has some beach accessories like wagon and umbrella which really helps

Diana’s place was exceptionally clean and exactly as described. Loved having the golf cart to get around, huge bonus. The house is cute and would definitely book again. Perfect for those playing baseball at Publix sports complex only 10-15 minutes away

We had an absolutely amazing time!! We loved the comfortable home we were staying in and the location couldn’t have been any better we definitely will be booking again!!

It was very nice and clean and smelled clean. Great space for a family of 3. Quick walk to the beach and close to many other popular places in PCB. One of the rooms was not air conditioned but we were able to easily move the futon bed in the living room for my daughter to sleep on and the furniture was a little small for us, but it was a great place for what we needed for this trip. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This place was Great for my family. it was clean and was in a good location we really enjoyed our stay we will definitely choose this place for our next vacation.

I want our family vacation to be something that each one of us will always remember. We definitely had the best time ever! ❤️ It was worth the investment in our time and money! The house is up-to-date and beautifully decorated. It’s also very comfortable, exciting and felt very blessed to be a part of. When planning your vacation, carefully look at all the pictures and read the descriptions. You will not be disappointed. You will get everything as promised plus some. It’s just a few steps to the beach, so you will go several times throughout the day. Most amazing view ever. Did not plan on doing a cookout, but could not resist trying out the grill. The large Patio overlooks the ocean and beach. Patio furniture is very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. No need to go grocery shopping. Used Publix twice and it was delivered less than an hour or so. No worries about entertaining everyone. The house and the area provides something for everyone! an hour or so. tak

My family and I (17 total) traveled here for my daughter’s 9th birthday. The place was clean plus they provided cleaning products for kitchen, bathrooms etc. We also had other accommodations that were available to us which was greatly appreciated for going the extra mile to make sure your guests doesn’t need anything. If I had any questions, they responded pretty quickly. We enjoyed this stay and would def do it again. Thank you Heather & Jay.
