Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Travel cot, high chair, toys and a large trampoline available. Access to large garden with sunny sitting area + free parking. Breakfast and snacks (with consideration to food intolerances) included.

Stay in our delightful country house. 2 double beds. TV/DVD. Bathroom with WC, basin + electric shower. Landing with click clack sofa bed. Sole use of snooker room and bar area. We can set up a the sofa bed for an extra guest, making a maximum of 5 (extra cost for 3rd, 4th and 5th guests). Microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, toaster. Wifi. Driveway parking space. On the edge of the Peak District. 6 miles from Sheffield city centre. 9 miles from Bakewell. So much to see and do!

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.
