Teresa and Kevin’s place is lovely. Although in their house don’t be put off by this it’s all your own space and completely private. Balcony is an amazing bonus especially in nice weather. Beautiful home and surroundings, safe and quiet and lovely countryside just what we wanted. Thanks so much

Delightful 3 bedroom barn with wood fired hot tub

DebbieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Came to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family, grandson and Suzie the dog. We’ve had a wonderful time enjoying the very comfortable accommodation, large private garden and hot tub. It’s a beautiful area to explore with canal walks and nice country pubs. Emma was an excellent host and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I stayed at David's for one night as had an event on a Mallory Park so was the perfect location. The house was clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Also a lovely big driveway for parking. David was a very responsive and friendly host and I would stay here again.

Sawyer , is an extremely attentive person and host , we met Sawyer and is so polite and he came over and made sure we had some lovely cushions to sit on , as it was a lovely sunny warm evening so we decided to have pizza and wine out side, which was tranquil and extremely peaceful and something we will be doing again when we next stay over.. Thank you again for letting us enjoy your beautiful place .. it is a hidden gem for sure .. anyone looking for a place to stay away from the noise of the city .. try this place you will not be disappointed .. we will be back soon .. 49a - a home from home

LauraRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Host and her husband were great and very accommodating and happy to answer any questions, great communication. Home was clean and had everything we could have asked for, ironing board, shower wash, breakfast, condiments etc. Location was perfect for the wedding we were attending and the host helped us out with details of local taxi companies

Luxury home in Nuneaton - 3 bedrooms - sleeps 6

HenkRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We were in Nuneaton for a conference held about 10-15 minutes away at the Heart of England Conference Center. We made long days and only used the BnB for sleeping and showering, but if this were a leasure trip it would have been fine to use it as a homebase where we'd also eat and spend time. The house is very tidy and feels cozy. I am quite picky about the feel of a matrass or the height of a pillow, but I had no issue with the bed I had. One of my companions did mention feeling the springs of the matrass but I don't think it was that big an issue. If I ever have to be in the same area again, I would definitely check for availability of this place first. I would actually be disappointed if I were to find out that someone else already booked it.
