Cozy Escape Close to Airport/AFB/Beaches.

1 bedroom/1 bath apartment with private entrance. Great space to come relax & unwind away from traffic but close enough to have quick access to entertainment, shopping, and the beautiful beaches on the emerald coast. The activities are endless! We are a military family that fell in love with the emerald coast and this is our home away from home and would love to host your next home away from home stay. Must be 25+ years old to book. "Quirky Cottage"

Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

It is a 10-Minute drive to either Eglin Air Force Base or Hurlburt Field--and you can be at the beach in less than 10 minutes! Destin is only a 15-minute drive! Publix Grocery Store/Pharmacy is 1-mile away, and our local Walmart for any extras that you might need is only 2 miles from the property.

Stylish 3-Bedroom Cottage, Boater Friendly!

Located in the heart of Shalimar, Florida with a small water view, this lovely cottage is walking distance from a wonderful park, the town hall, and a marina with daily boat slip rentals. This home was built in 1948 & has since been completely renovated, while still keeping some old charm. The beach is only 4 miles away. There is also 30 ft of boat trailer parking on the side of the house.
