Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

130 m2 house. (It's my primary residence, so it has personal belongings...) Located 15 min from Grenoble, 10 min from the bus bright home, very nice view . I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for everyone's sake! following VERY unpleasant surprises (weddings in particular) do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum!
