Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Severance

Your home worked perfect for 3 of us, co workers. The basement is almost a full apartment of its own with the washer and dryer. The up stairs bath is connected to the a hallway and directlt to a bedroom with a lockable, sliding door.. Worked fine for us, but worth noting. We enjoyed the back deck, basketball hoop! Had an amazing stay with my family, just wish it could have been for longer! Jeanna is extremely friendly and her place was just as it is described. It is actually a bigger apace than it even appears in the photos. We felt right at home as soon as checked in. Hope to stay again if we are ever back in town.

As listed, this is a basement unit, and it does have steep stairs. The kitchen area was retrofitted and may not be finely finished, but everything was clean and well supplied with all the necessities. We absolutely appreciated the big comfortable reclining sofa. Steph's communication was fabulous, and she was constantly reaching out to see if we needed anything. The back yard is quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

I enjoyed my stay here for 6 nights. Everything I needed. Peaceful & quiet. Bed was so comfortable! I enjoyed hearing the chickens occasionally. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute & hosts responded within minutes! They communicate so well & I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend staying here when near Loveland.

This rental is fantastic! Close to town, but a peaceful quiet retreat. The house is immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck with the propane firepit and watching the sunset. Bonus were the chickens that entertained us! Our son has lived in Ft. Collins for 7 years and this was hands down the best rental we have ever had in Fort Collins. Can't wait to return.

We had a lovely stay at Matthew's! The house was adorable and just the right size for us. The oudoor area was full of beautiful plants, trees, and flowers. We definitely found a gem that we look forward to visiting again.

Peter has a nice private suite that perfectly fit my solo trip to Fort Collins. I wasn't around much during the day, but the bed was comfortable, the den area was spacious, and the full kitchen with a toaster oven is very convenient. Would stay here again!

Even though you are right downtown, it's a peaceful location. Beds are comfortable and place was exceptionally clean. The skylight while it rained was a beautiful surprise. Will definitely book this place again if/when we come back!

Our stay at the Empty Nest was comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is safe and the location is convenient to pretty much anything you'd want to do in FOCO. Glenn is attentive but not intrusive. We were happy with our visit & will likely return.

We were so pleased with how well-stocked your place was with all the little details a traveler might need, from kitchen spices and sauces, to board games and good books. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was amazingly quiet at night even though it's on a thoroughfare. It felt very private and peaceful. We will definitely book this spot every time we visit Fort Collins.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Loveland. The home was beautiful both inside and out - clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated. Despite being located near an industrial area, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and serene, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. All the accommodations were excellent - everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to others. The host was super communicative and gave detailed instructions. The lock was easy to use and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the space, how clean it was and all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and board games supplied. Great value.

I was coming up from Texas after working 5 weeks straight. Michael was very easy to talk to and was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of. The property was easy to get to, and it was genuinely a really peaceful place to be, while simultaneously easy access to the roadway that gets you down into Fort Collins. I’m someone who thoroughly enjoys the Rustic vibes, and to me, there was nothing better than waking up, getting some coffee, and looking out at the mountain views. I had a great time there, and 100% I’m coming back again.

This apartment was amazing. I was on a work trip and this provided me a feeling of home. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had a great feel and the beds were comfortable. The location was nice and easy to get around. The area was quiet and easy parking.

We have stayed at Josh’s condo for the past several years, and we hope to continue this trend. Josh is an excellent host and this property is just about right for us. Location is great, within walkable distance to Old Town and a 10 minute ride to our daughter’s home. The kitchen is well -stocked and easy to use, and the entire unit simply feels comfortable to us. We always look first for Josh’s place when we begin our planning our annual trip to Fort Collins.

What a lovely apartment in downtown Windsor. Great for anyone. If you go on the weekend, check out the farmers market. Lots of cool restaurants to walk to. Highly recommended. Will visit again. Thank you!
