Patio and fully fenced in shared yard. We live upstairs but separate entrances. Pets should be attended to if anxious or can’t be left alone. Note there are stairs on side of house to get to the guest suite :)

Private 2 bedroom 1 bath lower unit with separate entrance and full kitchen! We live upstairs in the upper unit and share the backyard. Free street parking. Shared home - we live upstairs. However, the lower unit is completely private and has it’s own entrance - backyard is shared.
