The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator and has a free public parking lot in the square where the apartment is located. It has a balcony where you can enjoy the unobstructed view. It also has excellent sun exposure, which makes it, together with all the conditions of habitability, an excellent place to spend a vacation or to telework.
