Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

S. Lourenço Street / Lisbon Center

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of St. Cristóvão and St. Lourenço, in the historic center of Lisbon. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a century XVIII that could stand after the earthquake in Lisbon in 1755 and was recently refurbished (2011). These works were implemented under the umbrella of the architecture studio "a. - A Point" The apartment has a good brightness and comfort. It has internet available in wireless and cable TV while you can drink a Nespresso coffee or drink a bottle of fine Portuguese red wine. In the room has an excellent bed, and living room couch with a good bed. This area is very close to the Castle of S. Jorge (10 min walk) and the same distance from the Tejo river and the Bairro Alto (night life). It is very central as it is in the heart of the city. Very close to the Rossio Square and Figueira Square. It is 1 minute from the metro station of Rossio and also a Parking. It has many means of transport available next to (Metro, Bus, Tram and Taxi) and also varied commerce, including a mini-market. It is a very quiet area and the building is very typical in a staircase of pedestrian access to the castle of S. Jorge.
