Holiday rentals with lake access in Setúbal

André’s House was perfect for our girls trip. The house has a great character and the kitchen has absolutely everything. Check in could not be easier with the Herdade’s reception and André’s easy communication. The nature around the house gives you all the calmness and privacy you need. The mosquito issue in the area is handlebar with candles and spray + the house has mosquito nets on all windows. We would love to come back!

The place was truly beautiful and spacious perfect for two families. We loved the location it was private and quiet yet not too far from comporta town and the beaches. The villa is in a complex which felt safe! It also offered beautiful walks and horse stables where the kids did horse riding.

The bottle of wine and bottle of water were ready. Felt right at home. Despite the power outage, you can enjoy Seixal and Lisbon very much! Top location! And super host!!

Mariana’s home in Comporta was perfect in every way. Right in town, walkable to all the shops restaurants and bikes to the beach. She and her property manager were incredibly accommodating, hospitable and responsive. The home was beautiful, spacious, well maintained and had every amenity. I would love to stay here again and again and again. It truly made our trip to Comporta special and memorable. Thank you Mariana and Patricia!

This house and garden is all that we wished for - and more. The hosts were super friendly and responsive and sorted things to make our stay a succuss, including a cot and baby bath when we arrived with a 7 month old baby or an extra desk to work from. The house was spacious, clean, and the photos don't do it justice. BBQ and kids toys in the garden, lots of towels, spotless, etc. etc. And a very friendly personal welcome when we arrived in the evening one hour late due to flight. Without hesitation highly recommended. 10 out of 10!

Great accommodation, lots of useful explanations, very nice place

We enjoyed it very much at Luis and Carla's house. Very nice house with good amenities, pool and beautiful garden. Lots of cozy places to sit around the house. It is best to come by car, so you can take nice trips to the surrounding area. We liked the beach south of the lagoon best. We will be happy to come back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ruben’s place! From start to finish, Ruben was an exceptional host — responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it really made a difference in my experience. The space itself was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable — exactly as described (if not better!). It had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also perfect — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. What stood out most was Ruben’s hospitality. He was always quick to respond to any questions and offered great local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests having the best experience possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Ruben’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Apartment in a reserved area and soon a safe environment. Extremely quiet and quiet area especially at night!! Apartment equipped as described. I emphasize the impeccable cleanliness of all areas,(which can be done during the stay, if you wish), as well as the linens of the bed and towels impeccably clean The water very hot and with a lot of pressure. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. And being able to bring our “pet” was fundamental to the choice of space. Ideal for a couple's vacation.

Very nice view and very spacious house!

Luis Felipe's apartment is very welcoming and cared for in every detail. My husband and I are very satisfied. On the other hand, we had already been there years ago and a great choice was confirmed.

amazing place in the middle of nature

We stayed in the upstairs department of the house and had the garden to ourselves. We stayed there a full month with our cat, because of a medical treatment I had to undergo in Lisbon. Agostinha really makes an effort to make you feel at home with some welcome presents. The place is very nice and cozy decorated. Great large bathroom! In the night with the window slightly open you can hear the ocean from your bed. Which I really loved. We walked to the ocean as often as we could. It is a 6 minute walk to the dunes if you know the shortest route. Agostinha is very kind and very active in her communication. I really recommend staying with her.

David’s place was great! Right by the beach, kitchen was decently equipped, and the WiFi was fast (800+ Mbps). Perfect little spot for the price. Would stay here again!

Lovely, quiet area, not too far from Comporta. Big house with lots of room.

The house was very well located, close to the beach with a parking lot closeby We have enjoyed our time and particularly the barbecue. If you are doing kitesurf it’s a very nice spot, just in front of one of the spots so you can go walking.

This is a lovely cottage with a private walled garden. There's a good variety plants - fresh mint, banana trees, various flowers, a lovely place to relax after a busy day exploring. There is a gas barbeque and a large garden table for dinner. The hot tub is a real bonus! The cottage is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. We appreciated the fruit basket, bread and jam. We recommend booking the hot springs in Evora and having a massage. Google inacquaveritas We highly recommend Carlos place - one not to be missed!

Francisca for me really is a superhost. From the beginning until we left she was always there for us with helpful information concerning the house oder things you can do around in this Area. A big big thank you for letting us live in your home. We enjoyed really a lot . The house which is a littler bit older but has lots of charme has two bigger sleeping rooms and one smaller children room, so it is perfect for a family with two to four or even five children( there is even a baby bed ) . The house has a nice atmosphere and the garden ist perfect to play badminton or other games . The Area is perfect if you like to play golf, because the courses are in walking distance . For all the other things you need a car . A small super market is two minutes away with the car . The beaches of Fonta de Telha oder Costa da Caparica you reach in 10 Minutes with the car, to Lisbon you need about twenty minutes, if there’s a normal traffic, so for us this was strategically the best place to start our activities . We would come back anytime to have our holidays here again . Thomas Schneider

We thoroughly enjoyed Nunos place, the location is excellent and the surroundings are picturesque and peaceful. The home is well equipped, comfortable and an enjoyable place to spend time. Nuno was excellent at communicating and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning.
