Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Situated on the border of Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria, the cottage is perfectly located to explore the lakes and yorkshire dales, or to simply relax. Nestled in the countryside 0.5miles from the nearest pub there are plenty of fantastic eateries, open-air swimming pool, waterfalls walk, caves and the spectacular ribblehead viaduct

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

The space which we’ve named ‘The Nook’ has a newly renovated living space, which is warm, contemporary and light with everything you need for a cosy stay. You have exclusive access to the garden, which means relaxing in the hot tub after a long day sight seeing, shopping or hitting the pubs.

No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.

Swift cottage is a recently refurbished hidden gem tucked away amongst the back streets of Settle in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. An ideal base for walkers, cyclists and families. The cottage has two bedrooms (one King, one double) a log burner for those cosy evenings in and a small patio area for enjoying a nice relaxing drink in those summer evenings after a long day walking or cycling. 1 well behaved dog welcome.

We have lovingly refurbished Woodlands View to create a stylish space which we welcome you to enjoy: We are located in the centre of Hebden Bridge. Located a 2 minute walk to Hebden Bridge Train Station. Two car parks within a couple of minute walk from the property free overnight between 8pm- 8am. There is also free on street parking a couple of minute walk from the property on Burnley road, the same road as the property.

Located in The Forest of Bowland AONB. A rural location looking out to the Yorkshire three peaks. Ideally situated between The Yorkshire Dales (10 minutes drive) & The Lake District (40 minutes drive). Close to Bentham, North Yorkshire. Quiet & off the main road. A great countryside getaway to relax & escape to the country but close to amenities & a great base to explore the area, cycling, walking, hiking or just relaxing.
