i had a lovely two weeks in this home. As indicated in the listing, the street is busy but at night is quiet (if the occupants on the floors could think of those who are on the ground floor when they come home late and be more discreet). Everything is available: sheets, linens, and when you want to do it without even asking for it. Good welcome from Jean and his companion Patrick and good interaction with Patrick when I leave. i recommend it.

Alain’s studio is perfect for solo travelers and couples and there’s even a sleeping loft for kids. I had an excellent one month stay and greatly appreciated how perfectly equipped and stocked the place was. There was plenty of everything: kitchen, bedding, bath supplies, etc.. Nice bed. The studio is exceptionally clean, sunny, and has a good HVAC system. Floors are wood and tall ceilings contribute to a sense of spaciousness. A sunny, private balcony is an added bonus and the place is exceptionally quiet. Location could not be better—15-20 minute walk to the Gare, 5-10 minutes to the waterways, Les Halles and Monoprix, cafes, shops and walking streets start only a couple of blocks away. The panoramic views from Mont Saint Clair are right up the hill and the hike provides excellent exercise. The park nearby is lovely and has a nice outdoor cafe. A bus stop (for the train, etc) is only a few yards away. Great place, excellent value.

I stayed at Karine's place for 2 months and was very satisfied. The location was perfect, everything very easy to walk to and in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Sète. The amenities were also good, so I had everything I needed for a longer stay. The value for money is absolutely right. Karine was very friendly and even accompanied me from the airport shuttle to the train station upon my arrival and explained to me how to get to the train station. This is not a given and I really appreciate it. Thank you so much!
