Leo was an absolutely great host! The apartment was beautiful, spacious and amazingly clean, it had an outdoor seating area. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything you need. At the same time, Leo was very helpful and willing and always helped us and responded immediately. The apartment is located in a pleasant neighborhood where it was very safe even at night. In the centre you pay more than double or maybe even more for accommodation, and that's why I thought this was great in terms of price. So if you don't mind not being right in the center, this is definitely the best accommodation you can have.

Beautiful apartment, recent, very clean, large bedroom. On the ground floor. Air conditioning, coffee machine available with breakfast essentials (juice, biscuits, snacks, etc.). Very clean bathroom with a large shower. It is in a very quiet location and to reach the centre there is the tram stop 5 minutes' walk away. Very helpful host. Maybe the price is a little high but it follows the trend of Florence, however I would go back and I recommend it.

We had the perfect stay at Vaiva's and Pino's place! The apartment was perfectly clean, cozy and well equiped. They welcomed us late at night after we had our luggage stolen in Pisa and they were so kind to even give us some t-shirts to sleep in, snacks and hygiene products. They even helped us with dinner by calling a local pizza place that had arranged a table for us! This was by far my best experience with Airbnb hosts! I recommend 100%!

Amazing home with a stunning view of Florence. Raffaella provided clear instructions on how to get to her house and even left us taped notes at the entrance so we wouldn't get lost on our arrival day. We stayed a total of 9 nights with two adults and two kids under ten and enjoyed every minute of it—the private pool, the stunning view, and the private backyard were all more than we asked for. Highly recommend.

A large and comfortable apartment, well equipped. Next to the house there was a super to buy everything necessary and close by, several bars and restaurants. Above all, a very quiet place. 20-25 minutes from the train station, with good combinations for Florence and connections for other cities.

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

We loved our stay at Cristina’s place, it was as described and perfect for our trip to Florence! The apartment is spacious and close to public transport, it was clean and inviting. We would recommend to anyone visiting Florence!

Luca and Lorenzo are friendly hosts. We were melting from the sweltering heat and they kindly allowed us to early check-in, immediately after the place has been cleaned. There are supermarket and restaurant nearby. Thanks, Luca and Lorenzo for the personal welcome and complimentary items in the fridge.

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

We had a great stay in Barbara's apartment. Everything was sparkling clean, the apartment was well furnished and generously sized. Barbara answers all questions within a few minutes and is therefore a real help in all matters! There are problems with mosquitoes if you don't realise that mosquito roller blinds are available. With the help of the roller blinds, you can leave the windows open at night and cool the rooms down wonderfully. You sleep wonderfully in the bed. Since the apartment is uphill, the view was breathtaking, but it is better to have a rental car to get up and down effortlessly. Getting a taxi or Uber is almost impossible and the approx. 5-minute ride costs more than €20! The best way to get there is from Scandicci by tram to Florence. It is tight and warm in the summer, but it only costs €1.70 per trip. If we visit Florence again, we would stay with Barbara again at any time!

We were immediately enchanted by this property. Everything here makes up the image that one can have of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. At the top of the hill overlooking the valley, the view is splendid and romantic. The property has been renovated with today's comforts while retaining its soul of yesteryear. You feel good right away, the energy is beneficial, nature, animals, everything is in harmony! The welcome, Oscar's cooking, the superb pool, the shaded terrace, the hearty homemade breakfasts! It's more than a crush, this place is a gem! We'll be back!

The stay was great! The apartment is very complete and you can see the care that Federica has with guests for every detail of the space. The bathroom is very small, in fact, but it wasn't something that bothered us. The location is also good, it is in front of McDonald's and very close to a great pizzeria. It is very easy to get around the city, as there is a bus stop a few meters away, with at least 3 options of lines that lead to the center. If you are going to San Gimignano and Siena, the location is also very convenient, since at the same stop you can take the extra urban bus. If we have the opportunity to return to Florence, we will certainly consider Federica's apartment.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

We enjoyed the garden, which was surprisingly large! Occasionally, someone walks by, but they don't look directly into the garden. Friendly animals that occasionally come by. In addition, the cottage was equipped with all comforts, a bed that sleeps great and the most beautiful view ever! 🤍 Monica is really the sweetest woman, who warmly welcomes you and shows you the place first! Thank you and we will definitely come back!

This place is absolutely perfect. It is probably one of the biggest Airbnb places I have ever stayed for the money. Everything was clean. Everything was perfect. Very quaint little town. Very quiet at night. The bed in the master bedroom was absolutely one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. If you come to this area, please check out this property. You will not be disappointed.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Luca was very kind and attentive. The apartment is spotless, even better than in the pictures. It was a very good experience.

This place is such a gem! The hosts work hard to make sure your stay is very comfortable. Someone is at reception most of the time to answer questions or help with recommendations! The room we stayed in (Olivo) was perfect. It had a small kitchen with beautiful views and the nature of the building is "Tuscany Picture Perfect" You definitely need a vehicle to Get around unless you plan on taking a taxi and staying at the location (which is very doable since they have a restaurant and serve you breakfast every morning) The pool is beautiful with picture perfect hills of Tuscany while you swim! They have a small playground and a large yard with tables where you can sip wine or have a picnic! The bed was very comfortable and our stay here was very relaxing! The restaurant had such an amazing food as well! 10/10 would recommend!

We liked the place very much. Stefano was very helpful. Our children had a lot of fun at the pool and playground. Unfortunately we had problems with the internet. So if someone needs a reliable and fast internet connection, you should check with the host in advance to see if the problems have been fixed. Otherwise, everything was really perfect.

Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!
