Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sesto Fiorentino

Spacious property set in outstanding grounds and local area. Comfortable for a family of 5. The walk to Grassina was always a pleasure and was an excellent location from which to explore Florence and Tuscany.

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We missed our train stop, and they quickly arranged for us to be picked up at the next station. The fridge was stocked with essentials, as well as bread, pastries, and snacks. They even took us to the grocery store as we did not have a car. When we had concerns about the comfort of the mattresses in the second bedroom (as one of us has a bad back) they promptly went out and purchased 2 brand new mattresses!! Unbelievable customer service!! The villa was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The hosts were very responsive, quickly answering any questions. The setting is postcard perfect! Beautiful views from every angle! Exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan getaway. Quiet, peaceful and serene - what more can you ask for?

We felt very comfortable! Benedetta's family, who live in the houses next door, were very friendly and warm. We had a good conversation and got great tips for the area. The property is also home to a pony and two dogs, who are very friendly and trusting, but also accept boundaries if you don't want them to be - just right! For us it was perfect - relaxing, quiet and in nice company. We definitely recommend this accommodation! ❤️

Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

The house is located on Chianti which views to vineyard and olive yard, the most beautiful view for an airbnb. Everything is fully furnished, a lot of welcome foods and drinks. The hosts give clearly instruction and very responsive. It was a wonderful time spending our holiday there.

This was my favorite airbnb stay for so many reasons. The location is AWESOME. You cannot beat the views, and having your own terrace is a dream come true. The town is adorable and the unit itself is unique and wonderful. The best thing though was Matteo’s hospitality and above and beyond effort to make sure we had the perfect stay. I cannot recommend this airbnb enough

Lorenzo’s place was clean and as described. You go up a staircase that has 22 steps to go to the apartment but once inside the rooms are spacious. The host even had some snacks and croissants for us to eat. The place is very close to Porta San Frediano which you cross to go to the city centre. Parking is available on the street in front. We walked to all the main sights like the Vecchio Palace, Ponte Vecchio and Galleria dell’Academia to name a few. There are good restaurants next to the apartment and we tried Braceria San Frediano and Rione Brewpub which were both very good. Highly recommended!

Filippo’s space was even better in person. Fairy lights over the bed greeted me upon arrival. I had coffee and tea as well as some brioche for my mornings. The room is beautiful, loved the painted walls. The bed was comfortable and despite the heat outside, it was cool inside.

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

Stay well beyond our (already high!) expectations! Emanuela welcomed us in the best way and we immediately felt at home, her textbook hospitality really won us over. She was an impeccable host, always available and very kind. The accommodation is a beautiful estate surrounded by the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, perfect for those looking for an oasis of tranquility in contact with nature. The photos really don't do justice to the house, which is very spacious, and the beautiful garden.

I had a happy time in a house that looked like it was in a movie in a beautiful natural environment. I think I'll keep my time in Kian Tti as a good memory thanks to the kind and friendly host who responds so quickly. It was a little difficult at first for the city girls who were new to the road to the accommodation, but it wasn't difficult when they got used to it. Perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I left today, but I want to go again.

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

The villa was magnificent! It was so atmospheric and charming, breakfast from Carla were so good, it was a really pleasant stay. The room was also really comfortable, with history and a lot of cute details. And also this location .. can’t describe in words how beautiful it was

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Francesca’s B&B! Not an exaggeration that this is the most beautiful place I have ever been. Historic and authentic, with modern updates. The rooftop terrace is absolutely breathtaking and a great spot to watch the sunset over the vineyards. There are several restaurants right next door to the b&b, Divino, osteria di passignano, and Scuderia, all are fantastic and the osteria has a well deserved Michelin star. Breakfast was served every morning where you have a table reserved for your stay. Francesca was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything at all. We will absolutely be back!!

We had a great stay at Sylvia’s place. Location is excellent, walkable to everywhere and peaceful despite being close to a lively area. It was super clean, simply furnished but very comfortable and we loved having access to the terrace. Sylvia is a fabulous host- she was very friendly and helpful, especially spending time helping us work out the best way to travel to Pisa airport on the day of a national strike! It was nice to also have basics for breakfast - tea coffee milk juice toasts and jam, etc. I’d thoroughly recommend Sylvia’s place and would stay here again.

On our trip to the Lazio region, we spent 2 nights in this beautiful accommodation. Valentina is a great host who welcomed us very warmly and runs her house with a lot of passion. The friendly and very courteous staff, the excellent food and the quiet location made our stay perfect! We were also able to enjoy exceptional sunsets at dinner. Staying with Matteo and his family was such a pleasure. Don’t miss out on dinner, Matteo is a fantastic cook and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. I took a beautiful hike straight from the house, and they were super flexible about picking me up from the train station. It was the perfect oasis after the bustle of Firenze. Thanks for everything! Our stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. It felt like visiting family. The hosts are the most genuine, thoughtful couple we've ever met. Their hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly responsive and offered fantastic recommendations for the area, but what really made our experience special was the cooking class we did with them. We learned how to make fresh pasta and dessert from scratch, then shared the most delicious meal together. It wasn’t just a dinner,it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. Out of our entire 19-day trip through Italy, this was hands down the highlight. The property itself is straight out of a movie. The home is stunning, filled with character and charm, and the grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly capture the magic of Tuscany. If you're looking for an authentic, heartfelt experience that goes beyond just a place to stay, this is it!!

This was our second stay here and couldn’t have been happier. The family that runs Agri. Casanova de Pescille are responsive, caring and just a delight to be around.
