Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Feel-good oasis with panoramic views

Bright, cozy apartment in a detached cottage with a magnificent view over fields, meadows and horse pastures. Ideal for Nürburgring visitors, hikers, mountain bikers or motorcyclists as well as nature- and animal lovers. The farm includes horse, donkey, goats and sheep. Bed linen, plenty of towels as well as bathrobes, slippers and bathroom utensils are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish soap, spices, vinegar, oil, etc. Other rooms can be booked in the house.

Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Our beautiful apartment (70 square meters) is quietly and idyllically located near the forest. To enjoy the picturesque Volcanic Eifel, hiking on the Eifelsteig (stages 7-8), the Krimi hiking trail, the rock and Celtic path and in the Lampertstal. The bike path network is right next to our house. You can rent bikes from us for a small fee. An 18-hole golf course is 3 km away. For swimming, there are: Freilinger & Kronenburger See, Freibad Gerolstein or the Maare.

A custom country kitchen with 2 induction hobs and a small oven, as well as a dishwasher, spacious shower room, wall and underfloor heating leave nothing to be desired in modern comfort in a historic setting. Tiled stove - private terrace - genuine terracotta flooring as well as solid oak planks - visible framework and beam ceilings

Our quietly located non-smoking apartment is located in the Volcanic Eifel, near the Nürburgring (7 km). The apartment is fully and offers a wonderful view of the Eifel landscape. From here you have all the possibilities of leisure activities: swimming in the nearby outdoor pool or in one of the maars, hiking on numerous hiking trails, just relaxing or taking advantage of the many sightseeing opportunities on excursions.

We look forward to welcoming you to our holiday home in Dreis-Brück. You can enjoy the peace and nature wonderfully on the bike or on foot. A playground for younger guests is within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, etc. can be reached by car within 10-20 minutes in Daun, Gerolstein, Hillesheim or Kelberg. The Nürburgring is about 12 km away. The Volcanic Eifel offers many different ways to discover the area.

Originally, this apartment was a barn, which was probably built in 1903 and over the years fulfilled many purposes, until we bought the ruin in 2010 and from 2016 to this beautiful, almost 75sqm apartment rebuilt.
