Das »haus in spay« ist ein historisches Fachwerkhaus, erbaut um 1545 im Moseldorf Zell-Merl. Es liegt unweit des Flusses am Fuß eines sonnenverwöhnten Südhangs an der Mosel, der bekannten Weinregion mit einzigartigem Rieslinganbau und mediterraner Kultur. Das Denkmal-Ensemble mit Haupthaus, dem Ferienhaus und Steilgarten wurde in knapp 10-jähriger Bauzeit und vornehmlich in Eigenleistung aufwendig nach ökologischen und traditionellen Kriterien restauriert.

You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

This cosy holiday flat "Trouwe" is located on the ground floor. Here you will find a separate bedroom with a king-size double bed. The living room/kitchen and bathroom are separate. With two additional sofa beds, up to 3 more people can stay here. In all flats you will find a fully automatic coffee machine, smart TV in the living and sleeping area, a washing machine and a small workplace. A very nice roof terrace with lounge, bicycle storage, wine fridge and parking spaces.

Moselle, vineyards and the Moselsteig can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.

A fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and a private terrace complete the experience.

Look forward to a cottage with sauna near the Moselle valley that offers 8 people enough space and comfort for a relaxing holiday. A barefoot park offers variety for young and old. The night's rest is from 10 pm. Hiking, wine tasting, boat trips, visiting castles and cycling are popular leisure activities in this region. Loud conversations outdoors are not welcome after 10 pm. Wallbox exists.

Historic half-timbered house an der Goldroul

Our Spitzhaus an der Goldroul is one of the oldest houses in Senheim. It is small (90 sqm), but cozy and equipped with everything I would wish for myself on holiday. We live here in the middle of nature. So don't be surprised about our free-range chickens. You like to visit our guests. For barbecuing or chilling outdoors, my cozy "Zehnthof" is right around the corner.

Surrounded by stunning scenery, it offers the ideal starting point for unforgettable excursions to the Hunsrück as well as the picturesque Moselle and wine regions.

Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
