The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakeries and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace, and in the cellar there is a wine refrigerator filled by the winemaker – nothing stands in the way of a cosy wine tasting.
