The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

There is a wood stove available for a warm atmosphere, a garden of about 200 m2 with private parking (electric gate). You will benefit from 2 bathrooms equipped with showers (no bathtubs) and 2 toilets. The place is very quiet, surrounded by many coastal trails 5 minutes from shops.

You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea while being 10 minutes walk away from the harbour as well as the pier to all the islands. You will be located in the south wing renovated in 2015.
