Functional home near the port, ideally located. The terrace overlooks the gardens of the residence which is very nice. Lorena is an available and accommodating host, communication was very easy.

Rozenn was always just a text away! The private parking was wonderful in a covered garage, just a few minute's walk from the door. We stayed 5 nights and were completely comfortable and had restful nights of sleep. You can easily walk to the city center and there are two grocery stores close by if you should need them. Rozenn is a thoughtful host and has a beautifully decorated and stocked apartment. It is clean, spacious, updated and cool on hot days! We will surely stay here again when we visit Vannes in the future.

very nice apartment, bright, well-equipped, comfortable, in a beautiful quiet and secure residence. city center within walking distance in 10 mins. small downside for check-in, giving us the parking access code would have saved us an inconvenient and dangerous parking on the street. we had a great time.

We were very well received by Dany who is very attentive. We enjoyed the local products put in the fridge for us as well as the message the next day. The apartment is perfect, nothing is missing, it is very well arranged with a very nice decoration. The terrace is great . It is very quiet. A haven of peace close to everything. The beach, the market and the city centre are within walking distance. We will gladly come back. We recommend 100%. You can go there without a second thought.

Loved my stay! Great location perfect for me as I needed to be near vannes but didn’t want the congestion and needed a parking space. There is a really good brewery near by that does great burgers. Also very close to some good walks. Faustine was there to meet me when i arrived made sure I was happy and hen kept in touch incase I needed anything. I’ll be back for my next work visit 👍🏼

Nathalie is a friendly and very responsive host, her accommodation is well furnished, very clean and superbly located near the ramparts and a park. You can do anything on foot, it's very appreciated. I would highly recommend it.

A very bright, functional and nicely decorated apartment with a ground floor and small well-secured garden. The maintenance is optimal and the amenities well thought out. Bedding and sofa bed are also very comfortable. A charming, particularly peaceful town, just steps from the sea, with beautiful hiking trails. Claire is absolutely charming, responsive and attentive to her tenants.

Our stay at Cémaé was perfect. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is close to a supermarket and a pharmacy as well as the city centre. The terrace is quiet and pleasant. No neighbours. We slept really well. Cémaé is responsive and friendly, as well as flexible, which we greatly appreciated. Possibility of parking 1 car on site. There is room to park additional cars nearby. A real gem in Vannes. Thank you Cémaé, for this wonderful welcome.

The house feels like a home, it has everything for a good stay. We were able to use the laundry room and the patio is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance and there is room to park at the door. Highly recommended stay!

Small apartment ideal for holidays, a few steps from the beach, sea view. Well furnished, clean. Bernard is responsive and pleasant. We had a great time in Sarzeau. Only downside, tired vacuum cleaner so difficult to return the apartment without any dog hair.

Very well located accommodation. Private parking. It's all about walking. Close to the center and shops. Isabelle is very responsive and gives good advice.
