The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

Bicycles for a short trip to the city can be borrowed from us free of charge. Exciting excursion destinations are just a stone's throw away.

Sie ist geeignet für Alleinreisende, Pärchen und Familien mit Kindern. Hunde sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen. Wir bitten jedoch darum, diese nicht zu lange Zeit alleine in der Wohnung zu lassen. Die Kosten für einen Hund belaufen sich auf 5€ pro Nacht. Das Geld kann bar vor Ort hinterlassen werden.

We rent our attic apartment in the quiet district of Sentrup. Lake Aasee is within walking distance. Despite the urban location, it is very green. Instead of street noise, you hear birdsong. There is a small kitchen with kitchenette, a bathroom, as well as a sleeping/living area. You'll have these three rooms all to yourselves. Downtown is a few minutes away by bike or bus.
