Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.
