We had a wonderful weekend with the family. The accommodation is great, François-Xavier and Émilie are very responsive and very kind. We'll be happy to go back.

We highly recommend the place! The apartment is stylish and furnished with great attention to detail, spotlessly clean and excellently equipped. The spacious outdoor area with a beautiful garden and a wonderful pool invites you to relax and offers a fantastic atmosphere. Hostess Céline is very warm and attentive – you feel welcome from the first moment.

We had a lovely stay at this quiet and pleasant house, Fanny and very responsive in case of any problems, thank you to her for hosting us.

Passing through the area we spent little time in the accommodation to enjoy the services but everything was as described. Quiet place, warm environment. The outside looked very nice too. I recommend it.

I am delighted with the short stay we had in Cindy's accommodation! I found it particularly pleasant to be greeted by Cindy and her husband who are really very friendly. The house is very clean, perfectly arranged, well equipped. The children were delighted to play on the trampoline, enjoy the garden and the game table. The environment is peaceful. Our hosts were very attentive... in short, nothing to complain about!

Perfect short stay. Communication with Bernard is simple, the welcome booklet is complete, the fisherman's hut is a real haven of peace. You will have everything you need for a great holiday. The environment is pleasant, the beach, the long walks, you don't get bored in Meshers. I recommend this place.

Upon our arrival, JP was there to welcome us, smiling, kind and friendly. He introduced us to the place, which was completely in line with the description of the listing. During our stay he was very discreet although always available to our requests. If you are looking for a very clean, quiet and pleasant resort, close to the sea and the centre of Royan. Very welcoming host, Jessica was able to listen and answer our questions, she advised us on places to visit and was great!! The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, small but warm so it didn't bother the size, for 2 people it was very good. She remained available for if we had any issues, and told us not to hesitate. Very nice as a person, smiling and solar, a pleasure to have met our hostess. Thanks for everything Jessica!! 😁

Very nice studio, on the 2nd floor, overlooking the shared garden and the Seudre. When I reported a noise issue with the fridge, Adrien came to see and check the 'setting'. Address to keep and share!

Catherine and Gérald are extremely kind, very attentive so that everything goes perfectly well. We felt at home. I highly recommend it. Great location, the sea a few metres away… the parking is very popular and the residence is quiet. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the utensils, nothing is missing.
