Condo holiday rentals in Seminole

Location was fantastic, the only thing I would have liked was maybe more kitchen amenities but we were well aware and wanted to splurge on all Rosemary beach area had to offer so all in all it was a nice stay.

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

Marta is a pro host, she is attentive and quick to address any issues. Things happen and how those things are handled is what makes the difference between an ok experience and a great experience. I would absolutely stay at Marta's place again. Her place is equipped with all that you need to be comfortable and to feel right at home. The place is an excellent value!

It was a great experience, Zenobia had a quick response time with my questions and messages. Close to many places to eat, shop, and fun activities.

Great condo in a really good location. great pool and beach access. PLENTY of great places to eat within 10 minutes.

We enjoyed staying in this well appointed, clean and convenient location! Recommend this spot to anyone wanting to spend time dining, shopping and enjoying Fairhope. We stayed for a 7 days and received a weekly booking discount which added to the value of this great home. Hosts were very responsive, however there was nothing we needed as everything was in place.

Forest was amazing. If I had questions, he was on it quickly. The condo was clean with a perfect location that was quiet. I loved the gate to keep others out, it added a level of privacy. Beds were comfortable, linens clean, hot shower with great pressure. I would stay at this condo again without hesitation. Again, great location and condo, even better guy to interact with, he is genuine about making sure you are happy

We really had an awesome vacation at Kristi's place. It was so peaceful and relaxing. It was very clean and modern. And very cutely decorated. Thanks again for the wonderful vacation! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We most likely will be back and recommend others to stay here as well. The value was great for the place and view. There were a few minor wear and tears on items but we didn’t stay in the room long enough for it to affect our stay or opinion. I absolutely loved how spacious the balcony is, the seating areas, and the ability to see the pool and the lake at the same time. It was an amazing view. There were a few minor issues with plumbing in the garage but we weren’t near or at the room so honestly we wouldn’t have known anything about it if the host wouldn’t have communicated it. I believe this is a gem and I’ll definitely stay again.

The entire stay went smoothly and they were incredibly thoughtful as well as responsive. It was a tad pricy for taste but I wouldn’t change it. There were a few dirty pans but with a light scrub they were fine.

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Elaziel's unit had no disappointments. Great location, great layout, great amenities. Host was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend to stay at this unit whenever you're in Downtown Austin! Thanks for the Austin hospitality!

Jeremy’s home was absolutely beautiful, the space felt like home away from home! The home was stocked with everything you could need and more! The pictures match the home perfectly, everything went beyond my already good expectations!!!! The pool had easy access, the key code was easy to understand and get into the home. The house was stocked up with all wonderful household appliances & items. This was a wonderful stay for some peace and quiet!

Very comfortable and clean. The apartment is stylishly decorated with comfortable furniture and bed. The kitchen is also extremely well equipped. George did not skimp out in making this place nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place right on the beach. Was perfect to go to the water, and then back inside to eat or take a break. The balcony was heavenly in the morning to have coffee. Hosts were wonderful and answered questions quickly. Would love to stay again when in the area.

We had a great time and will definitely be back. The area was wonderful - walkable to Rosemary and Alys Beach restaurants and stores, short walk or tram ride to beach, quiet neighborhood, nice pool, lots to do and beautiful. The condo was perfect for a couple, just what we needed to rest and relax in between adventures.

I loved everything about our stay. We had everything we needed from kitchen items to beach needs. Carmen was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants and clear instructions for checking in. I would definitely stay again.
