Beachfront holiday rental in Seminole

This house was perfect for our beach trip and it was our toddlers first time! Gina and Alan were so thoughtful to make sure they had the beach essentials they needed! They were flexible and quick to answer any questions/concerns! I would highly recommend and will definitely see if this is available next time we come!

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.

Overall had a great stay! A few things to note for future b&bers: The only staircase is a black spiral staircase, which was a little difficult for our older family members to manage. The cooking utensils/food storage is a bit on the sparse side, if you plan on doing a lot of cooking/having leftovers, you may want to bring some cheap plastic Tupperware! The bbq grill/beach gear leaves a lot to be desired! It has definitely seen the wear and tear of previous guests. Which isn’t a big deal, but not something to depend on using without some TLC. Overall our stay was amazing. It’s a dream location with amazing beach access. The beds were phenomenal, and I will miss how comfortable it was. Shannon was an amazing host and left fresh flowers and apothecary items for us leaving the whole place smelling amazing our whole visit. I would absolutely recommend Mermaid manor to anyone visiting the area!

We absolutely LOVED this place!! My fiance and I needed a place to stay for the night with our dachshund and this was the best place we could have picked! We rented the kayaks and it was so much fun🙌🏼 props to the owners of this place, because the decoration was amazing!! I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for everything!!

Our stay at Hefziba’s listing was a family favorite and one of the best vacations we have taken together in a long time. We are an outdoorsy Florida family and this home on the ichetucknee was a dream come true for us. We have spend past family vacation visiting different springs throughout Florida and we loved this location so much, that we have all voted to visit Hefziba’s place again in the near future. The home was stacked with games and activities for my children- ranging from college age to elementary school age. We brought our own floats and paddle boards, but the Airbnb provided paddle boards and kayaks also.The community beach was a wonderful way to start and end each day outside, while fitting and long float or paddle board in each day. We have been home for one day and are already missing this place on the springs. The beds were comfortable, and the entire Airbnb was well loved, but extremely clean. Thank you for an incredible time 💗

Fred and Rene’s place was perfect for my husband and I on our vacation! It was extremely clean and had a cozy feel. It was walking distance to several restaurants and shops, which was a plus with heavy vehicle traffic. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The unit is very spacious. We were traveling with two grandchildren, so the accommodations were ideal. Our grandson has a food allergy so we especially appreciated the nice kitchen. Allison even made sure that there were pans we could use to accommodate his allergy. We made a couple of trips to nearby grocery stores and were able to eat every meal during the stay on the balcony. The in unit washer and dryer made life so much easier. It seemed to be a very family friendly environment. It was a good experience.

Booked Alwz place at the last minute for a Father's Day getaway for my man, and I miat say it was just great!! When we walked in we were welcomed with a clean, beautiful, and great smelling condo. Cleanliness and smell matters to me! Also, the view of the ocean was breathtaking! You are on the beach and to hear and see the waves crashing while sitting on the patio was so serene. Alex was very engaging informing us on everything up until the day we left, very responsive and so nice. No issues, just a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!

Gorgeous view. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of plates, utensils, towels, sheets and blankets. Ragip was super friendly and checked on us multiple times throughout our stay. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the store or for food. We would definitely stay again. The view was beautiful from the balcony.

Super clean and cozy. Loved hearing the waves and having access to the beach 24/7. The hot water seems endless, everyone was able to shower without freezing which is something you dont thinknof until it happens. He had a list of recommendations in a book and checking in/out was a breeze. Loved having a washer and dryer, he even provided the soap. The sand dunes do block the view of water but the easy access to the beach made up for that. The only issue was the neighbor above was very loud at all hours. Unfortunately that is out of Brentons control so we kinda just had to deal with it.

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

What a great place to have a family vacation! The house has everything you need. The flat pad, paddle boards, and kayaks were awesome. The kids had a blast playing on the beach. The outdoor kitchen area is awesome for grilling and the cowboy pool was perfect For relaxing. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away. Beautiful sunrises over the lake and very quiet and peaceful. The host is fantastic and was very responsive when I had questions. I would give this 10 stars if I could. We will definitely be back!

Phil was quick to respond, place was really nice. Our grandkids loved the beach right out back with out the big waves, but was able to go to ocean side when waves settled down. Had a great week will be returning to the island

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful beach-front view, updated interior, spotlessly clean, easy parking, nice pool. Kevin was very friendly and responsive. Lived our stay.

Had everything you could need and then some in my opinion. Clean place and beautiful view. Comfy beds and all around a nice place with nice amenities. Not mentioned but there is a nice beach wagon and some beach supplies in the box on the balcony. Made it that much more convenient. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great time, and as usual the house was neat and clean and never leaves you wanting for anything. They have a great fishing pier that we just love! My husband caught a 43 inch Red Drum which was one of the highlights of the trip, but had great luck with fishing period. Not only do they have a shaded spot on the pier, but a shaded area with picnic table in two different spots at the house. There are beautiful views and is very relaxing taking it all in and watching the fish jumping and the many different birds flying around. Overall we truly had a very enjoyable time!

Well-appointed, super clean accommodations and a wonderful host are what you get at this oceanfront Airbnb! We enjoyed watching huge pods of pelicans cruise the shoreline for their daily catches + a quiet and peaceful vibe the entire week!!
