Beachfront holiday rental in Selsey

Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

This was our second time staying at this house. The house really is so well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was perfect to enjoy the lovely weather. The location is wonderful, close to many great restaurants and facilities. I’m sure we will be back when we are next in the area. Karen was a great host.

Really easy to find. The instructions for parking and arrival etc weee very clear as were the instructions inside. There was everything I needed, but there are a couple of supermarkets within east walking distance. There was everything beach is only a few minutes walk, and I took the opportunity to walk the length of the south beach to East Stoke which was lovely. Very quiet area, and I knew who to contact if there was a problem. Would love to stay again .

Beautiful place with views of the beach, all felt very new and clean. Right next to a lively pub only thing was slightly overwhelming check out rules (hard to have done the dishwasher and emptied it all by 10am before checking out, and expecting guests who’ve paid £500+ to strip all the beds and put all bedding and towels in a laundry bag felt a bit OTT).

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda’s accommodation! There were 4 adults and 2 children in our group, and the space was perfect for us – comfortable, clean, and really well-equipped. Brenda was a fantastic host – welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The home had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches that made it feel cosy and inviting. The location was ideal – just a short walk to the beautiful beach and charming harbour, which the kids especially loved. It was the perfect spot for relaxing and exploring. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Brenda!

We enjoyed being so close to the sea, with easy access to so many activities. We had a lovely walk to Priory Bay, trips to Bembridge (ate at the Beach Hut) as well as Ventnor Gardens and Osborne House. We wished we could have stayed longer than just a few days. Laura's place was cosy, quiet and comfortable. She communicated clearly and was on hand to help.

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

We had a lovely few days at Stevens caravan, our first Airbnb experience. Communication was excellent and the caravan was just as described. Gorgeous views from the enclosed decking area and plenty of walks on the doorstep.

Louisa’s caravan was a home from home, the location was unbeatable on the sea front and literally next door to the clubhouse/restaurant and bars. It was such a lovely break and I hope to return soon! Highly recommend

Amazing location and could quite easily live here forever Flat has everything you need for daily living The double bed is so comfy didnt want to get up but the walks on the beach were calling The local pubs and restaurant's are great and the majority of the locals are very friendly especially in the pub The village has everything you need and Chichester is only 20 minutes if you want a day out away from the beach with local buses every 30 mins Can highly recomend the host for her flexability and understanding. So pleased we found this little Gem

A wonderful location full of Seaview glamour, comfortable, fully-equipped and with lots of things indoors and outdoors to entertain the children. We loved every aspect of our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Thank you, James!

We had the most lovely stay! We felt right at home, it was beautiful and comfortable and we were in complete awe the moment we walked in. The amenities were perfect. Cannot fault anything! Kate was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back to stay again.

A lovely find of a property. Even though the house is on an estate it is like you are on your own private isle. It is unbelievably quiet and peaceful. The view from upstairs (living area) is lovely. Patio doors and velux roof windows allow for a lovely airy feel when it’s hot out. The open plan nature really worked for us and the bathrooms were excellent. The beach is so close and lovely breezy walks with the dog and family were superb. The supplies within the property were excellent and any communication with Sophie was answered promptly. Oh and lest I forget the hot tub was lovely! Very good Airbnb.

Our 3rd stay at this great property to visit relatives that live nearby. Weather was fantastic and we had a lovely time. Lots of walks on the beach which is really close to the house. Enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack. Thanks James.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and located in a beautifully quiet area with wonderful views. Sherryn was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Communication was clear and Sherryn was very quick to respond to any messages. The kitchen was spotless and had everything that we needed. I can't recommend the apartment enough. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed exploring the rock pools. The perfect location for a weekend break!

This was perfect for me. I only wish i found this earlier . Anna went out of her way to get this ready at very short notice and did so. Both Anna and Mark are extreamly nice hosts. If needed anything i only had to ask not that i needed a thing. I had parking and a 30sec walk to the beach. A short walk away your into plenty of shops and eating places. Cant fault and if have to stay in the area again i shall try Annas place first.

Had a lovely few days away at the beach house! Was exactly as described and just what I needed for a peaceful break away at the coast with my dog. Mandy was really helpful and answered any questions I had - thank you!
