The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. Here we have our lovely holiday home to rent on fantastic five star holiday park, Seal Bay Resort in Selsey . We are on West sands, short walk to the complex and beach. Lovely sunny position with parking. Our holiday home offers many home from home features such as washing machine/dryer, dish washer, double oven, 5 burner hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer, unlimited wi fi. Bath and shower room plus ensuite toilet and shower to master bedroom. All rooms are equipped with tv's.

7 Bedroom Seaside Family Beach Retreat Sleeps 15

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Please feel free to message the Host prior to booking with any questions.
