Holiday rentals with a patio in Selsey

What a fantastic find, so close to the sea, pub locally for food and a fish and chip van too. The accommodation was spotless and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful few days thanks and hope we’ll be back again soon.

Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

Immaculate little house with everything you need. Quiet location despite being near main road. Beautiful garden to look at from patio. Easy access to everywhere on IoW. Staircase is very steep, but as described.

Lovely modern decor, spotlessly clean. Sue was very welcoming and friendly and responded quickly to messages. We would stay again.

Great location which is at the end of harbour road and very peaceful. View is great and nature reserve is really pretty. All amenities were exactly as described. All the vintage games consoles et. Makes the place very unique and quirky. 1 minute walk to the beach which is also quite unique in the way it has been shaped by the sea. Shops 10 minutes walk. Pubs 20 minutes walk.

Thanks to Wendy and Barry for a lovely stay at The Hideaway. It is a delightful little place and they have thought of every practical thing needed for a comfortable stay, including some welcome treats! We have no hesitation in recommending The Hideaway for a break in Hampshire.

This was our second stay here. It is perfect in every way. The Old Exchange is lovely. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is a great host. We particularly appreciated the food and drink items that were left for us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Meadow flat is a lovely base for exploring the Isle of Wight. The flat is situated in the lovely little town of Shanklin and is easy to reach by car. Leon and Jac are quick to respond to any queries and Jac was a great help with the ferry reservations. The flat is comfortable and equip with everything you could need. We would stay again!

Beautiful property tucked away down a country lane within a short walking distance of the beach and a fabulous pub. A real hideaway and perfect for a bit of peace and quiet. Immaculately clean and newly refurbished - it felt like a real treat to be staying there.

We had such a lovely time at The Gables. It was a beautiful space and perfect for the whole family, we will definitely book again!

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Charlie & Geouff’s spacious modern bungalow! The space was beautifully designed and spotless, with a superb kitchen that had everything we needed and more. The highlight was definitely the hot tub and the outdoor bbq – the perfect way to relax after a day out. Every detail was thought through for comfort and convenience. Highly recommend and we would absolutely return!

The space was perfect for our family, very well equipped for children. We loved being so close to the beach but also spent a lot of time in the beautiful garden. Thank you!

Myself and our family of 5 with 3 dogs stayed at the property, and it’s quite hard to sum up the stay we had… other than perfect. This beautiful property located on the sea front, enables us to explore the nearby scenery and activities (crabbing went down well for the children) or make the most of the outdoor seating area and soak up the sun and view, we people watched all after noon and watched the world go by. Beautiful property (photos do not do it justice) and we certainly will be returning (neither of us wanted to return home after a relaxing bank holiday 3 might stay). The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at David’s apartment. The whole place was beautifully presented and very clean. Whilst being attached to the back of the house, the apartment feels completely separate and tucked away with no noise but perfectly located right off of Union Street. We enjoyed spending time at the pub only a 20 second walk away as well as exploring the town and using Ryde as a base to travel other parts of the island. We didn’t have a car but the buses and trains made it easy to get around. Highly recommend for a short getaway, we were welcomed with milk in the fridge and some sweet treats. Thanks again to David and Marion, fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating!

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. Apartment very clean and well equipped. Nice outdoor area in a quiet location. Michelle very helpful and quick to respond. Short walk to beach and shops. West Wittering beach is definitely worth a visit. A few minutes in the car. Would recommend.

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

Worth the stay 2nd time there and would go again

A lovely stay and perfect weather, accommodation as described and very quiet, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and felt like home. Great for myself and Basil my dog being a short walk to the beach and shops. A couple of little hiccups with internet and TV but were sorted quickly by Emma, thank you. Thoughtful welcome package. Would be happy to stay again.

The studio flat is apparently brand new, maybe one or two years old. Very modern kit throughout, all well thought through. Accessed through a private open corridor that isolates it from road and local noise. Small terrace, catches the sun throughout the day. Emsworth is one of the few traditional villages left on the south coast and is very pleasant. Lots to do within immediate walking distance. It is also quite a hub for long walks along the coast and around Chichester harbour. Important wildlife area for birds. The 700 bus gives great access along the coast and connects to the coast path for long one-way walks if wanted. Bus stop outside the front door. Can be accessed by train. Local taxis reasonable and can be dog friendly. Definitely can stay here with no car. Parking is possible but not free, I think you have to use council run car parks. Street parking is time limited. Excellent place, recommend without reservation.
