We had a great stay at Blakes place for a Birthday celebration. The caravan was comfortable and spacious in a peaceful part of the park near wild meadow walks. We walked to the coast and enjoyed the sunshine on the decking area in the late afternoons . Thanks Blake for allowing us to use your super home.😊

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage in a breathtaking location. Lindy’s place was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Lindy was so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet her. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for two days on this occasion, but what an amazing two days they were. Absolutely beautiful home within a home. Shame it was for just one night as the place warranted staying longer. lovely furnishings, comfortable bed. Loved the fact that the fridge was stocked. And tea and coffee available. Extremely clean and welcoming, great that we could watch prime and Netflix, it was my friend and my yearly stay away, to de-stress, and that's what we did. We had a great stay at Holly’s place! Location is lovely and peaceful with walks onto the beach straight from the door but walking distance into town and a short drive from lots of lovely nearby towns too. Holly was very responsive and helpful as we had to change dates late notice which was very much appreciated.

Perfect location to reach Bosham sailing club and the beautiful surrounding area. Excellent place. Lovely touches with milk, butter, bread and wine on arrival which was really appreciated. We felt we were in a home - beautifully curated. Also nice outdoor spaces and felt very safe. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay in Selsey. April was an amazing host who responded incredibly quickly to all our questions both before and during our stay. We had a bit of difficulty getting the heating on on a stormy May evening, but April rang me within minutes and we were able to sort it out in no time. April was flexible to our request for early check in and helped us organise passes for the park amenities. The caravan is perfectly situated a few metres away from the swimming pool, beach, restaurants and entertainment. We were unlucky with the weather, but we're grateful to have April's clean cosy caravan to relax in. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Lovely quiet place which was cosy. Great location to see Chichester, Bognor Regis, Portsmouth and Southampton. Can walk to beach within 30 mins. Comfortable place with all amenities. You need a car but not tricky to get onto main motorways. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Relaxing break, no traffic, serene.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

We really enjoyed the stay, it was just what we wanted, a little break and breathing space after a serious health diagnosis. It was quiet, maybe the time of year. Staff around the place were pleasant and helpful. The beach was really close and almost deserted, we went every day. My daughter and grandson used the pool, which they said was lovely. My only complaint would be the quality of the mattresses, sadly really uncomfortable,also, not sure if it just how it always is but the toilet didn't flush well, we used a nearby toilet for anything more than a number one(sorry if that's gross)

We loved staying in the boathouse. Ideal for a family with children. Wonderful location looking over the creek . We didn’t hear the ferry which is 5 minutes away. We liked the sound of children playing on the other side of the creek. The pool area was recently upgraded. The property is well equipped and comfortable. Catherine was an excellent host who looked after every detail professionally.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

The hosts are easy to communicate with. All our queries were answered immediately. They also allowed us to check in early which is very kind of them. The place feels like home, the master’s bedroom bed was really comfortable which made our sleep every night so tight especially I have a back problem. Our son enjoyed playing on the veranda and we do not need to worry about him going anywhere. The location of the caravan is convenient; it was near the entertainment area which has Nisa local inside if we need something to buy and a restaurant. Over all our 3 nights and 4 days stay at Jayne & Keith’s caravan was wonderful and will recommend it to others.

Loved this cozy caravan-clean, comfortable, and just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Great host and smooth check-in. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a lovely time at The Gables. It was a beautiful space and perfect for the whole family, we will definitely book again!

Louisa was very responsive and helped with any issues I had. The caravan was very spacious, and was in a great location from the beach and clubhouse, but also really liked the private space allowing kids to have a bit of freedom outside. would definitely recommend. We really enjoyed our stay, and appreciate all Louisa's help.

Eileen's place was exactly what we were looking for. A place to relax away from the every day. It's on the very huge Seal Bay Resort but Eileen's place was in a very peaceful quiet spot where all we heard was birds morning to evening. Short walk to the Viking pub on the resort that has great screens if you are into sport, has a large beer garden and is very dog friendly. Walkable to most of the entertainment on the resort. There is alot going on in the resort for couples and families if that is what you want. Equally if like us all you want to do is relax it is perfect. Great WiFi , good size TV, great patio, lovely towels and bedding and also a few arrival extras like milk coffee and biscuits which is always a relief on arrival. We love walking and walked to the coast East and West, there is an Asda very close by and a co-op, also a couple of very lovely pubs in Selsey that do great food two minute drive or a walk away if you enjoy walking. Perfect break , perfect place. Thank you

We loved our stay at the beach. Such a beautiful location and so different than our sand beaches we have in the US. The rocky beach may not be for everyone but it was perfect for us as we weren't going to be swimming in April anyways. The house itself was wonderful and inviting - nothing bad to say about it.

Myself and our family of 5 with 3 dogs stayed at the property, and it’s quite hard to sum up the stay we had… other than perfect. This beautiful property located on the sea front, enables us to explore the nearby scenery and activities (crabbing went down well for the children) or make the most of the outdoor seating area and soak up the sun and view, we people watched all after noon and watched the world go by. Beautiful property (photos do not do it justice) and we certainly will be returning (neither of us wanted to return home after a relaxing bank holiday 3 might stay). Perfect spot to “recharge the batteries” thanks again Mandy, love the Bradley’s

Loved everything about our stay, gorgeous setting the photos don’t do the place justice. It was spotless and both Paul and Jacqueline were so friendly and helpful. The beach and area is lovely with lots of cafes and eateries. We had the perfect stay and didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Jo and Al’s place. ‘The Dairy’ was private, comfortable and cosy, with everything we needed as well as some extra touches in the way of cake and milk for a cup of tea on arrival - which was much appreciated. The outdoor space was ideal for our kids, who enjoyed playing with the football goal and exploring the beautiful grounds. The location was ideal too, with access to West Wittering beach, Chichester and surrounds. Jo and Al were helpful and accommodating hosts and we will definitely stay again when we’re in the area.
