Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen und maximal bis 4 Personen geeignet, liegt mittig zwischen Lübeck-Zentrum (10km) und Lübeck-Travemünde (6km). Sie wurde bis 2022 kernsaniert und anschließend neu eingerichtet.
